Pros: Awesome cupcakes. My personal favorites are the Double Coconut, Hazelnut Praline, Orange Creamsicle, Raspberry Champagne, and Chocolate Covered Strawberry.(I still have a bunch of flavors to try, so this list is still in progress) Cons: Credit/Debit only. They don’t accept cash.

We hired them to do the cupcakes for our wedding. They even have the convenience of delivery for a small fee, which made it easy for us. They got delivered in disposable plastic trays with covers, perfect for taking the few remainders home to enjoy later. We went for a tasting months ahead and I thought they were a bit dry and average but my fiancé loved them already and we used the tasting money towards our deposit. They helped us figure out how many to order with a cupcake formula and it was spot on. We put in a final head count two weeks ahead of the date. On the day of the event they delivered right on time to the venue, although I set them up on the cake stands. The cupcakes delivered were ten times better than ones I sampled. They were moist and tasty and bursting with unusual flavors. We picked lemon with lemon buttercream frosting, pumpkin with cream cheese frosting, chocolate with caramel and sea salt and snickers bar. They were a huge hit. They even followed up to see how everything went and to congratulate me.

Great cupcakes and customer service. I’ve tried their cupcakes at a couple of events and they’re always delicious. I’m at the Portland Lights Music Festival and have dealt with a lot of poor customer service today, with the sweet woman at Love Kupcakes being the complete opposite! Love the different flavors, though the good old yellow cake/chocolate frosting is always my go-to, I did waiver between that and the Almond Joy today! I’ve also heard their vegan cupcakes are excellent… And they gave awesome gluten free options too!

Favorite place to get cupcakes! The real test of a good cupcake place for me is how good the Double Vanilla is, and Love Kupcakes passes with flying colors. I highly recommend the Double Coconut, Hazelnut Praline, and Orange Creamsicle, but they’re all good!

The vegan cupcakes are excellent. I ordered a dozen and OHMANTHEYWEREDELICIOUS. The customer service is top notch, and they are clearly focused on quality and the customer. Cupcakes are the best.

Not the worse cupcakes but far from the best. The cake was quite dense like pound cake and the icing was thick and hard. The lady said their baked fresh but they just came out of the freezer. I don’t understand why one would put a freshly baked cupcake in the freezer. So guess what, it didn’t taste so fresh. I could make a better cupcake at home. I would buy one there, but not for more than $ 1. Better off buying Georgetown cupcakes and have them shipped direct!

Not impressed! I visited this truck while it was at the Ultimate Maine food truck event this past weekend. I visited during lunch hour(12:30) the cupcakes were packaged up– as if they had been premade and transported. The offerings were small, Vanilla with Orange, chocolate with Vanilla, there was a gluten free option and a vegan option as well. I did like seeing that. Now for the cupcake. The flavor was lacking. The frosting was dry. The cupcake was dry. This was just a mediocre cupcake. I definitely wouldn’t go out of my way to find this food truck again. But hopefully I just caught them on an off day.

I have several wonderful things to say about these delicious cupcakes. First and foremost — the cake to frosting ratio is divine! I am particularly partial to the mini size because I prefer a couple of bites. Minis also let you try more flavors. I can never choose just one flavor. The flavor lives up to the promise that the company uses the highest quality ingredients. Cheap frosting leaves a film in your mouth, but the Maine-made Kate’s butter in the frosting is decadent and melts in your mouth. I highly recommend trying these KupCakes yourself!

Does it count as zero calories when you didn’t MEAN to stumble upon the glorious deliciousness of cupcakes? I walked into the common area at my work and there just HAPPENED to be a table covered in these delectable treats. I couldn’t even try to use the, «I don’t have cash,» excuse because KupCakes came prepared with one of those handy iPhone Square scanners. I was basically trapped. Held against my will, really. I had no choice. Well, I had a few choices… gluten free chocolate coconut, lemon poppy seed, vegan vanilla, blueberry lemon… I opted for a standard chocolate with buttercream frosting and a vanilla with blueberry filling and lemon frosting. I’m not a huge sweet tooth person(my vice is candy, not baked goodies), so I was able to hold out and bring these babies home and store them as a weekend treat. A few days later, I took the chocolate with buttercream out of the fridge for a taste test. It was very rich, if you are a chocolate fan, you will LOVE the full and nearly-dark chocolate taste in the cake. I’m not a big chocolate fan(srsly!), so the sweet frosting was a great balance to the strength of the chocolate for me. I could only eat a quarter of my KupCake before begging for a glass of milk. This dessert is easily shareable by two, and I still haven’t touched the blueberry lemon out of sheer intimidation of its size.
