They don’t answer calls or return voicemails when interested in a rental yet the posts keep renewing online. They wonder why they can’t rent them. When I finally did get in contact with someone, the girl said she couldn’t stay past 12:30 on a Friday to do a showing. Can’t imagine having to submit maintenance requests with them.

Our first issue started on move-in day, when we were told the apartment would be clean and unlocked when we needed to get in. We had to call someone when we got there and wait for it to be unlocked and the house was not even close to move in ready. There was trash everywhere, it had not been cleaned at all, the cleaning company that eventually showed up did a terrible job and had to borrow some of our cleaning supplies, there was coloring all over the walls, the sink was clogged(which is the one and only thing I can say they attended to and fixed quickly). After complaining, I thought we were in the clear, as they gave us back our prorated rent for the end of the month to cover us spending hours cleaning. Since then, the service has been unbelievably slow, if they answer us at all. Our roof is leaking, the water stains are growing, there is mold in the bathrooms, the deck is unsafe, they said it needed to be replaced when we moved in in August and they’ve secured one board. The house needs a lot of TLC and I don’t foresee that ever happening from this company.

Friendly staff. My rentals were well tended and the service was above my expectations.
