I returned to seeing Aimee after being in a car accident in November of 2015. Aimee used a wide variety of techniques to help my body heal and release the trauma of the accident.
At our first session, she used the aromatouch technique, incorporating a specific combination of essential oils into working with specific areas on my back to help calm my nervous system down and I noticed a significant difference afterwards.
In subsequent sessions, Aimee worked with different areas of my body to help release the tension from my muscles. This, in combination with chiropractic, helped my body heal quickly and get me back to my normal self. I’m so grateful for Aimee’s gentle presence and the way her intuition guides her in her work!

Aimee is wonderful person and amazingly skilled massage therapist– and I — am picky. A massage therapist myself, I have aches and pains and Aimee listens to my woes and then applies the perfect amount of pressure. Great location, quiet treatment space, heated table, and cute doggie who sleeps whilst your massage is underway :)

I had my 1^st massage with Aimee & it was great. It was the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever received. I loved how she incorporated using her feet, arms & hands to get just the right pressure. I suffer from fibromyalgia & they say massage is just one of the many therapies to relieve my chronic pain. I’m so glad I’ve found Aimee. She is worth the drive from Keizer to Portland.

I had my first session with her today and look forward to many more. I’ve had quite a few professional massages over the years, but Aimee is the best, and by a long shot. Her space is warm and inviting, with soothing sounds and ambient music. And her trusty assistant Moo Shoo Tofu, curled up in the corner, is a lovely presence. :-)

Aimee has an amazing healing touch. I absolutely love the deep pressure. It gets down to the heart of the problem. I feel that whatever it is that she is doing with hands and feet, her work really gets into the muscles. i have been to many massage workers and she is one of the best!!! Since I went just a week ago, my knots have not returned and she found some surprising areas where the pain was originating from that i would never have suspected. Nor has any other massage worker found those spots. She is very talented.

I rarely leave reviews but Aimee was amazing. Awesome massage, continually checked in on pressure and pain points, even stayed afterwards to talk me through additional ways to treat my problems. As a migraine sufferer these massages are critical. Thank you Aimee!!! I can highly recommend her

Aimee is amazing! I have had the two best massages in my life and will be having a third very soon. The use of her feet gives a much deeper and sustained pressure while also applying her hands for a more gentle touch is something to experience. She is quite intuitive and I feel has a knowledge of quite a few schools and techniques of massage and movement giving her a wide ability to sooth and heal. This was my first ashiatsu massage and it was amazing. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever received. Aimee seemed to be able to tune into what my body needed and provide the perfect amount of pressure and release. She gave me tips on how to stretch and use pressure on a trigger point that I commonly have issues with. She’s also just a lovely and warm person. I will definitely be seeing her again! Highly recommend.

Aimee blew me away with her talent! I was really in need of a massage so I contacted Aimee and scheduled an appointment after my friend told me about her great experience. It was phenomenal. Aimee was very intuitive and applied the perfect amount of pressure and was very good about checking in with me about how I was feeling. It was so relaxing. I received my first session of Ashiatsu on Friday April 10^th. While I am familiar with Shiatsu, and love it, I found a new love in Ashiatsu as well! As a yogi of 14 years and a bodyworker for 8 years, it is amazing to have something «NEW» done to your body, and affect incredible relief! My experience with Ashiatsu is limited to Aimee, I cannot say if other practitioners are as skilled as she is, yet I am very happy to have encountered this modality, and would recommend her services~

Aimee is so gifted and has a kind, soothing temperament. I truly enjoyed my 90 minute session and a friend who I referred to her felt equally pleased with the service. I will definitely go again and would recommend to anyone with consistent pain looking for a therapeutic and relaxing treatment.

I was most impressed with my massage (thanks Aimee!). This was my first time with this type of massage and I didn’t know what to expect. From beginning to end, I felt comfortable, nurtured, relaxed and grateful. The space is lovely; inviting and comfortable. Aimee is so knowledgable, talented and effective at relaxing and relieving stress, tension and pain. I slept better than I have in months!

I went to see Aimee this past Saturday because my right shoulder was really hurting me and making it hard to do much of anything.
Aimee is very welcoming and good at making you feel comfortable and relaxed. Her space is serene and beautiful. After asking me what was currently going on, Aimee gently worked with my whole body and focused on my right shoulder, which was all locked up. The deeper pressure of the massage (because Aimee uses her feet to do the massage) really helped get to the areas that were locked up and helped my body to release.
By the time I left the appointment, my shoulder was already feeling more relaxed and the improvement in my shoulder has continued and progressed over the past few days so that I can now do my daily activities without the pain that was limiting me last week! I’m grateful for the lovely and healing experience Aimee provided!

I received a great massage. Because of this style, Aimee was really able to use a lot of pressure, which I like. It’s hard for other practitioners to use that much pressure because they’re just using their upper-​body, which as we all know, is not as strong as the lower body.
Her space was very relaxing too.

I originally decided to try ashiatsu massage at Medicina as part of a Groupon deal I went in on with two other friends. I admit that I was new to massage in general and a bit skeptical that I would like this unique style. Aimee is incredibly positive and warm and helped me feel comfortable immediately. The massages are intense but not to the point of discomfort and she is so skilled and attentive to what areas I might be carrying extra tension, I became hooked. We are all now regular members and I consider Medicina massages an integral part of my training routine. Highly recommend!

Aimee is absolutely wonderful. I have to say I was a bit surprised when I realized that she was using her feet and not her hands. I had never heard of that particular type of massage before but was completely won over by it. Aimee is able to apply and adjust pressure easily and I always leave more impressed. Her space is warm and inviting not to mention that Aimee is just genuinely sweet and passionate. You have no doubt she truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend paying her a visit soon.

Wow! That was a great massage from the lovely and talented Aimee! Aimee really has a good body awareness of not only her clients but of herself. She uses her feet to really create firm broad pressure and sustained that pressure throughout the entire 90 minute massage — you really don’t get that anywhere else. It sounds like it would just be her stepping on your back, but she is so smooth and controlled with her massage strokes– she is really in tune with you. She even did some thai massage using her feet to open up my tight pec & upper arms which was amazing. SO GOOD! I will totally go again.

Aimee provides the highest level of service — amazing warmth and friendliness, a professional and dedicated approach to therapeutic massage and a very responsive approach to individual’s different needs. Her space is always warm and comforting and she uses wonderful essential oils to give her massages a luxurious feel. I just had my second 90 minute massage with Ami. Absolutely fantastic! I sent both my dad and my partner to see her, and they were also amazed. I gets LOTS of massage in Portland and I can honestly say that Ami is one of the best! Her wild technique with using her feet to «dance on your back» was pure heaven! I highly recommend her.

Wow! Holy mackerel. I had no idea when I came to see Amy what I was in for. The space was great, and her style blew my mind! She did deep, deep, DEEP massage that I was not expecting, I felt like heaven afterwards. If you have serious back problems like me, I can’t recommend her enough!!!
