Memorytime

I have taken my computer here 3x. The first time the virus removal price was very reasonable and the work was done. The last 2x I took my computer in I was charged and the work was not done. Not only was the work incomplete but there were more complications. I just called there today expecting good customer service and was told «we cannot help you here. we are moving.» and was referred to another business. When I explained that it seems that the techs made some errors making my computer worse, no resolve was offered. I am left with more problems than I walked in with $ 300 less and the need to find someone to correct the work that happened there. As I told the owner, the treatment that I received from him today gives small businesses a bad name. That is so unfortunate. I would hope this poor treatment is just due to stress and temporary. The last time I went to pick up my computer I was told that their office is costing them more than what it pays back. It looks like my payment for my repairs went to there office space, not to time spent on what they had agreed to do. I hope that this is resolved reasonably. They should have said «we cannot help you» before I left my computer there in the first place.
I did leave Memory Time a message giving them the chance to have someone else call me back to have a reasonable conversation. I hope they make up for the damages done.
