I also got a Groupon For midnight motors. The number was discontected so I did what the Groupon said to do and contacted them. I got ahold of the owner. He was a nice guy and did a great job of cleaning my pretty dirty Jeep.

Worst detail ever. Car was still dirty inside… they tried to rush it and I could totally tell. Waste of hard earned money. Nice guys but lazy, terrible job.

Just tried to setup an appointment with this company to get my car detailed because there was a great instant use groupon available, but it was a use it or loose it. The number and address provided is not correct. tried this on 5÷7÷2013
even the phone number on their website is no longer their number!

Purchased a Groupon deal for these folks back in August 2012, and the phone number listed does not work – I called Groupon and they said they had number of complaints about this vendor… including relocating to a different address without notifying clients of it. Got a refund issued.

I purchased a Groupon for detailing services at Midnight Motors not that long ago. After multiple failed attempts to get a hold of someone there to schedule an appointment, I had to contact Groupon. A Groupon representative was able to get in touch with someone there, asking that he call me right away. Aside from the mediocre job they did on the car (dirt still visible on the dash and handles), they removed things from my car and didn’t replace them. I called immediately after my appointment and asked if they would mail my belongings to me (would easily fit in a small envelope), as they are located 20 miles from my home, they agreed. Six days later and two phone/​text reminders, I still haven’t received my things. This business has terrible customer service, and I will not be returning.
