We had out tub and shower refinished. Came out looking as good as new. No issues with scheduling. A+!

Joe from Miracle Method did an excellent job on refinishing our tub and shower. It looks brand new. He even help keep our old grab bars that had rusted scews mounted to the fiber glass tub and shower combination. He was on time and left no messes. Joe even helped put the knobs and shower curtains back together. I highly recommend this company because of excellent employees like Joe

Still have scheduling issues. There is always someone ready to talk on the phone though.

Saw them at a recent home show. We have a fiberglass tub/shower we want to resurface. We gave them our name, address and phone. We were supposed to hear from someone 2 days later. It’s now 8 days later and I have not heard from anyone. If you want to drum up new business, you actually have to follow up. Now I’m looking at other companies and other methods. If something as simple as a phone call from a home show doesn’t happen, how will the rest of the experience be?

They had zero scheduling issues with us, which I was nervous about based on other reviews. We had a crack in our nearly new Jacuzzi fiberglass tub and Jacuzzi agreed to cover it under warranty if the inspection proved to be a defect. They sent Miracle Method. I was given 9 – 11 window for the inspection. He showed at 9am on the dot. Nice guy. Quick inspection. Said they’d get back to me after coordinating with Jacuzzi. I heard right back from them and they schedule the work LESSTHANANHOUR later. Person showed right up as stated and fixed the crack perfectly. You’d never even know it was there. I didn’t even have to sign anything. They’re dealing with Jacuzzi directly. I was pretty upset with the crack but I was totally thrilled with Miracle Method. Thank you! My tub looks like new again.

We decided to upgrade our kitchen, but didn’t want to spend a mint. The countertop was a 1980s blue laminate that was direly in need of an overhaul. Quartz, our favorite, was, alas, not in the budget, so we researched alternatives and found this resurfacing company. The reviews on another site were very positive, so we visited the showroom near 105th& Sandy. It’s a small showroom with several examples of finished resurfaced countertops that look like granite but cost supposedly 75% less. The process involves sanding the existing countertop and spraying it multiple times with a textured surface and clear-coating it. The whole thing takes three days, with the first day being the longest(8 or 10 hours, I think), then a couple of hours the next day, then an hour or two the final day. The technician, Caleb, masked off every inch of surface around the countertop, including the sink(not removed), then set up tension poles & plastic sheets to protect the process. There’s a strong smell initially, but it dissipated thanks to Caleb running a plastic tube out the back door to get rid of the fumes. We’re happy with the results. Caleb was professional and pleasant to deal with, on time, and obviously knows his stuff. He did a great job. Dealings with the office were simple and direct(they take credit cards but don’t add a surcharge). The price was good — 27 square feet x $ 30/sf(flat rate) = $ 810 for essentially a new countertop. It looks seriously better than the old laminate and we’d recommend this company as a solid alternative to the pricey quartz/granite options.

We needed our kitchen counters, tub, show, and bathroom tile floor done. We wanted it done fast too. They gave me a bid over the phone, they came the next day with a written bid. Matthew did the job for us, and started a few days after the bid. He did a fantastic job. He cleaned up after himself, and he was so nice and polite too. Thank you Miracle Method!

I used them 10 years ago and they were great. I called them to do some repair/refinishing work while in the midst of a bathroom remodel and they were quick to come and give an estimate, but failed to show up and do the work when scheduled this week. They called after the appointed time for arrival and canceled and after begging that they come out to finish so the rest of the remodel could proceed on schedule, they failed to show up during the rescheduled time and I’m SOL.
