Moreland Crossing

I have been meaning to write a review after my move from Moreland Crossing, but I haven’t had the time to do so.
So here it goes.
Management from the top down was nothing but spectacular. Sam (property manager) was on top of everything and quit to take care of the issues at hand (very minor issues). My move-​in was just as comfortable as my move-​out.
The only little issue I found was the amount of people who had dogs. From time to time you would hear a neighbors dog barking, but then again, who doesn’t have a dog in Portland? I knew this going into my lease.
A+ rating and would highly recommend Morland Crosssing.

My family and I had a great time living at Moreland Crossings! We moved in in March 2015, we were moving from across the country and had no idea what to expect from the neighborhood or building. We went with a recommendation from a friend on picking a neighborhood and Sellwood ended up being the perfect place for our family, it’s a nice quite family friendly area, and within walking distance to great local shops, parks and such. Moving to a place sight unseen can be nerve wrecking, but we couldn’t have been happier with what we came home to. The apartment was exactly as described, and we lucked out with a unit on the top floor that had a HUGE patio (I’m not sure about the square footage, but we set up a 6 foot picnic table out there and easily had more than enough space for a second one!) Everyone we met in the building was very friendly, especially the people in the office. We didn’t have any major issues while we were there, however anything that was needed was always promptly taken care of by Sam, the manager. We were really sad that we had to break our lease early due to a job relocation, and really wish we could have spent more time at Moreland Crossings, however once again Sam made everything as easy as possible on us, so we were able to focus on moving out of state again and not the hassle of breaking a lease that some other places might have given us.
