I have been doing boot camp with Kelly for the last 5 months. So far I have lost 37 lbs. and feel the best I have in years. Kelly teaches interval training which gives you results quicker than anything else I have tried. Plus being outside on the waterfront with other motivated women gives you accountability to show up and work hard 4 days a week.
