I love the girls here. They are friendly and pretty affordable. I think they are quick and provide a great nail service. When you are a regular, they remember you by name and always ask about previous conversations we have had.

I read the reviews and was a little iffy about going and I should have listen to the bad side. Right when I walked in she(idk who) asked what I needed and asked if I wanted to wait till 5 pm to do me and my friends nails, which we wanted to do them quick. She looked like she didn’t want to help us at all. A full set was $ 22 but apparently that’s for the square stubby acrylic nails. Any other shape was $ 30 + which was BS! I walked out.

I have come here twice for pedicures; the first time the nail tech was very rough with my feet, causing pain, and for weeks after my toenails were tender and sore. I thought maybe I just have sensitive feet, even though I have never had this problem with pedicures from other salons. The second time I came in, a different nail tech was doing my pedicure and I warned her that last time my toenails were sore after and could she please be extra gentle. I still felt like she was too rough — and again for weeks after my nails were sore, red, even infected. After 4 weeks the pain and inflammation did not go away, so I went to a podiatrist who advised me against returning to this salon(had no plans to return anyways). I was excited about Donna’s because they have a lower price point and are closer to home for me, but after the two bad appointments I had, I have gone to a different salon and had no problems since. I don’t know if there is a problem with cleanliness(everything appears to be neat and clean but maybe not getting disinfected properly) or if the nail techs are poorly trained. Beware!

I have been going to Dona for about three years now, she never fails me and is supper sweet. Over the past three years I have seen angry customers come in, but it’s all in there lack of patience, even had my little sister experience someone yell at the nail techs for being too busy and being asked to come back in a few minutes, but I guess some people are demanding and don’t understand what waiting means. I’ve brought in various friends and family that love it. There pricing is fair and my nails always last a long time and look great. I recommend calling before had just to check with times it’s always good to get an idea. They love walk ins and greet you with a smile.

I went here to get my eyebrows waxed(done) last Friday, I made the mistake of over plucking them before so I grew them out for a bit, they were really uneven & I just wasn’t happy with how they were. Thanks to the lady who did my eyebrows here at donnas nails(I forgot her name) they were friendly although it was kind of busy it was worth the wait, she made them even & did a good job & was fast & well my eyebrows are ok now better than before =) =)

I’ve been here 3 other times and the lady that sits right by the TV did a wonderful job, she’s very polite and did exactly what I asked. I would give her 5 stars. BUT this last time I went in another lady did my nails and pedi. I believe it was Donna, the owner. After getting my poorly done pedicure, I got shellac on my fingernails. Mind you, I’ve been growing and taking care of my real nails for about 6 months now and am(was) super proud of how long they are(were). After she applied the 2nd coat of shellac and after having it dried in the dryer she started to see these wavy lines in my nails. She then low key tried to blame me for tilting my nails downward, but how else was I suppose to insert my nails when the drying machine was angled? She then tried to fix it by drilling my nails, assuring me it wouldn’t thin my real nails out. Long story short after redoing my nails TWICE, she charged me FULL price after sitting in the salon for almost 3 hours. When I got home, I noticed my pedicure was already chipped and my nails were so thin that even with 2 coats of shellac they were bending. I had to cut my nails and start my hard work all over. With that being said, I will never go back.

Like the other reviews said! Zero stars!!! I will never come here again! I am literally sitting in the parking lot writing this review. I’ve been here before the first couple times they were nice and nails were always well done. The last two times I came they told me twice to come back because they were busy. Today, I just came in there was only one customer getting a pedicure. I heard the other workers in the back talking where they eat lunch. I came in and Donna one of the workers answered the phone when she was trying to check me in at the front desk. She told whomever on the phone to come in at 1245 then she said nevermind come in at 1230 instead. Looking at the clock right now it’s 1150 am. Then she hung up the phone looked at me and told me they are too busy today I need to come back at 345pm. Later on today! Are u kidding me?! She just told the gal in the phone to come in at 1230 and there is no customers in the shop right now! I told her nevermind that id rather go somewhere else and she agreed with me. Don’t waste your time here! They charge you full price and you don’t even get the full service and now that I think about it. I’ve been blamed before for their sloppy service when they were the one rushing too fast!!! I will never come here again!!! It’s close by my house so i was in need of a pedicure but their rude service is tooooo much!!!

Do not give them your business! I wish I could rate them zero stars. I have been here three times now. Time #1 they did an okay job on my pedi but were quite rude. The pedi didn’t last very long either. Time #2 was a Sunday right when they opened. My friend and I walked in(after they opened 10 min late) and they said it would be a 30 min wait. Someone else walked in and sat right down to get her nails done. She was a regular bit this was still annoying. Time #3(this place is very close toy house and I’m in dire need of a touch up so desperate) was just 5 minutes ago. I’m in the parking lot writing this review now that is how annoyed I am. Their sign says they are open till 7:30 yet they said they are closed. I asked it they could just do a touch up and they said no. I’m done. I will never return. If you have any doubt… don’t go here!!!

I have been on the hunt for a good nail salon for over a year now and have yet to find one. I walked into this salon and asked the nail lady to remove my current set of nails with a new set so I could get a whole new look. She sat me down at the booth and proceeded to cut off the nails. So far so good. Then out came a long, pointy tool that resembled a dental plaque scraper. Hmmmmm… interesting, but I sat intrigued. What’s she going to do with that? The long tool moves closer to me fingers and begins to be wedged underneath the acrylic to be TORE from my real nail! OUCH! Wait a minute! WTF are you doing I ask? You’re supposed to soak and drill/buff the old acrylic off, not pry it off! That’s PAINFUL! So I stand up and tell her I will go elsewhere. I am not into masochism! She argues with me briefly and tries to tell me she will soak them off instead of forcing them off, but after that I didn’t bother waiting around to see what other horrors awaited me. So I do not know what kind of nail quality they give out. They might do good work. But if their workmanship for a new set is anything like their techniques for nail removal, then it’s a NOGO for me!

First of all let me say, my nails and toes look good. The girl that did my nails(I think her name is Kim) was super nice and communitive. The girl that did my toes was fine, but when she was done she just left me at the chair. My legs were still wrapped in towels and they hadn’t put the flip flops on yet. The girl was off talking on her cell phone and eating. I sat for another 15 minutes and she told me just a little longer. So I sat again for 15 minutes. A CLIENT had to tell one of the workers that I was still sitting there. It was more awkward than anything else. I’m not sure if that happens all the time or if someone was spacing. I haven’t decided if I’ll be coming back yet.
