Honest company with excellent customer service. My windows hadn’t been washed in 12 years. I put in a request for an online bid for full inside/​outside wash along with cleaning the tracks. The bid was quick and easy and very reasonable for all the work that was done. Someone stayed in touch with me by email and when the work was done, there were no surprises or hidden fees. Most of all, Forest did a perfect job. He is a hard worker and didn’t leave a trace of mess. He was very professional and left my windows spotless.

Second time hiring them and I am impressed again. Cleaned our roof, gutters, and windows inside and out. Sergio did a great job and I definitely will be hiring them again!

We use New Outlook Cleaning on a weekly basis to clean the inside of our storage facility, our office, and our bathrooms. They do an excellent job everytime! If we have a specific area that needs a little more attention they always jump right on it!
We also use New Outlook Cleaning for an outside garbage pick up service twice a month. With our location being under a bridge and next to the railroad tracks it gets pretty messy. They come every other week to do a full garbage sweep all around our building and up and down the block in both directions and up and down the tracks in both directions! We have been very happy with the service received and would highly recommend their services to others!
