Nikki helped my husband and I buy our first home. I started out with another agent who was hard to reach and could not promptly answer my questions. Nikki was GREAT!!! Being that I work at a Hospital and graveyard shift my hours of availability to find a home were often limited and inconvenient for most. Nikki was always available to answer my calls, send me property listings new to the market, and take me to view new homes. When we finally found a home we could see ourselves in she helped work out all the kinks, negotiate a good price, and find me contractors with excellent pricing to do the upgrades we wanted. We will definitely use her again and I recommend her to everyone I know who is looking to purchase a home. You couldn’t ask for a better agent. :-)

Nikki is the best realtor i have ever worked with. She worked around mine and my husbands schedule even staying till almost eleven p.m. to sign papers. She helped us with our loan officer multiple times. She even dealt with the under writers just to make sure everything was perfect. When we were ready to refinance we called Nikki to ask who she recommended. We highly recommend Nikki to anyone we know is looking, she takes care in the details and will find you a house that you will call a home.
