Northwest Community Midwives

As soon as we found out we were pregnant, my partner and I made appointments with three providers to help us decide what kind of pregnancy/​birth we wanted. When we walked out the door of Northwest Community Midwives, we knew we had found our match! I have never felt more respected, safer or in better hands.
We had pre and postnatal visits at their office, as well as in our home. Whenever I had questions, one of them responded immediately. When we had issues with breastfeeding, they went above & beyond to get us the help we needed.
Susan & Celeste (Midwives) as well as Jess (their apprentice) were present for the birth of our daughter. She was born at home in the water. Having the all there was a real blessing– we had so much support when we needed it! And when we didn’t, they were quietly nearby, giving us privacy while reassuring us with their presence. I knew no matter what happened or where I gave birth, their skills and advocacy would help get us through.
If we have another child, we’ll be calling them right away!
