Terrible experience with these people. We sought their assistance with a family mediation. Rather than facilitating the process, they added a layer of difficulty and problematic communication that escalated continuously, wasted months, and included major errors. Attempts to discuss their behavior were met with unbelievable hostility and rudeness. I don’t know why they are working in this field. Caused major damage to our family during a time of stress.
