Appointment making was simple. Because of the distance they had to travel, I was given an arrival time of 9 – 10 am. Dmitriy arrived at 9:01! He was professional, conscientious, and hard working! My white vinyl siding looks awesome! And the price was great, too! Will definitely hire again!

I purchased a certificate through «Amazon Local» to have the moss cleaned from my roof by NW Hot Wash. I contacted the business, and we set an appointment for the roof cleaning. I arranged to be present at the appointed time, then at the last minute, I was contacted by NW Hot Wash and they canceled on me. They announced that the Amazon Local certificate would not be honored for cleaning moss off my roof — this, after they had previously agreed to do the cleaning, and I had waited two weeks for the appointment. They just left me in the lurch. It was a «too bad for you !!» attitude.
If my experience is any indication of how NW Hot Wash conducts its business, then I would certainly not recommend them to any other potential customers.
