Oregon First

I bought my first home from Rex just recently. It was a year long saga due to my changing my mind constantly and my work schedule which sees me outside the country for about half the year a month at a time.
Rex did a great job hunting down properties, educating me, steering me clear of bad places and pointing out real problems that I never would have noticed.
He and his excellent team did a great job acting as a good sheppard for me and my money and I will use his service again in the future and would recommend him without reservation to my family and friends.

We have bought and sold two houses with Rex in Portland, Oregon. We spent a lot of time looking for the right house, and Rex was patient, helpful, responsive, and certainly knew the areas we were looking in. We were looking for cosmetic fixers, and he was honest about what we would be getting into, and it helped us to decide on the right house for us.
When we sold our places, Rex was just as professional and had expertise and up-​to-​date ideas on how to sell our house. For both we had a great return on investment! We had a kind of rare circumbstance on our first house, and Rex did his homework and made sure we all knew what we were doing with the transaction. I don’t know many people that would take the time he did, and all of the staff were great — friendly, helpful, responsive.
Even though I tease him every time I call and hear «You have reached Reality Rex», as one of the other reviewers stated, «Reality Rex Rules (and all of the staff!)!!»

We worked with Rex to purchase our first home. He was referred to us by my husband’s boss, who purchased a couple houses through him. We were very fortunate to find and purchase our home in the SW Area. We looked at many houses, mainly online and toured homes that were not right for us. Our house was on the market one day when we put in an offer. After a week, and price increase, we outbid 3 other offers. Rex communicated with us through the entire process, and was very attentive through the offer and closing processes. I would recommend Rex and his team to any first time buyer.
Rex connected us with Gary Boyer, with Impac mortgage who helped us over the course of a few months fix our credit so we could be preapproved. Gary suggested ways to increase our credit scores, and monitor our credit over a few months.
We are very blessed to have purchased our first home.
