I cannot begin to tell you how great Dr. Megan Banker is! I have never had as good of an adjustment as I have had with her. She treats patients the way she’d treat her family. She really is «as good as it gets!»

I was referred to this place after a horrible lower back pain that kept me in bed for two days and would not allow me to walk straight. On the first visit, he adjusted me and I was able to walk straight again! I was in shock. Dr. Ott was incredible. Also super friendly and took the time to explain everything. Prices are extremely reasonable also. I will definitely come back.

I first went here for chiropractic care a few years ago and met Dr. Gail Ott… he fixed me right up and has a wonderful demeanor as does everyone else I’ve met that works here.
Most recently, I’ve gone to OCNW specifically for the Ideal Protein Diet.
Alena, the young lady running the program, has been such an encouraging and supportive coach! She went above and beyond her job requirements during my weight loss journey and showed me genuine care and compassion of which I’m very appreciative of… thank you Alena! :)

I’ve been going here for the Ideal Protein diet program and have been very pleased with the experience and the results. I work with Alena and she is very knowledgable about the program and has encouraged me every step of the way. She was also supportive when I got off track for a few days and didn’t make me feel guilty, she just focused on making sure I got back on track. With her help I have lost 65 pounds in 4 months!

Had first treatment with Dr Gail today. He’s a great guy, a straight shooter former Marine who tells it like it is. Really enjoyed getting to know a bit about he and his wife.
Takes his chiropractic care seriously, and gets down to business. He was good enough to offer me a convenient way to follow up with him personally before my next appointment
Glad I found him.

I first went here for the Ideal Protein (IP) a little over two years ago. I had a great experience with both Dr Ott and his wife. His wife was running the program at that time.
I decided to return recently and I was very unhappy! The woman running the program acts like she just graduated from high school, doesn’t know what she is doing, and has no understanding of customer service. I just stopped going — there are other places with the IP program. I would not recommend this place to anyone for IP.

I’ve been going to Ott Chiropractic for many years now and I have seen other chiropractors in the past that make you go through the X-​Rays and then many series of adjustments. Dr. Ott does not put you through all of that and if I wake up with a sore neck or my hips need adjustment he can fix me up in one or two visits and no X-​rays. Now I even have my 13 year old daughter going to him and it has helped with all of the sports she is involved in. The massage therapists are wonderful too!

I went to see Dr. Ott because I suddenly started having shoulder and back pain and Dr. Ott was recommended by a friend who has been seeing him for a couple of years now. The doctor seemed to know immediately what the problem was. He used some type of hand-​held machine on me (not sure exactly what it was) and he did some «adjustments» to my neck and back. Within a short time, I was feeling much better. I liked that he recommended I come back only if I had additional problems. He did not try to get me to come back just for the sake of coming back.

The only reason I give 4 stars is because I’ve never been to another chiropractor, being the dubious person I am, so I have nothing to compare. That being said, Dr. Ott is fantastic! After spending years with lower back pain, progressing to «can’t get up from sitting» pain, he took a single session to fix me right up. When I was pregnant and suffered lower back pain he again took a single session to set me straight! I love this place and will return anytime I’m feeling the back pain return. Also, if you’re not super local to the NW it’s pretty convenient to get to from the 405 fwy — easy on and off and parking is a breeze (and free). HIGHLY recommended!

Ott Chiropractic NW is a friendly, knowledgeable, family-​run business. They helped me with my life-​long sugar addiction and weight problem via their healthy Ideal Protein Weight Loss program. With weekly weigh-​ins and quality protein shakes/​food I was able to stabilize my pancreas and use my fat as fuel.
OCNW coached me to understand my health and nutrition. I lost 37 pounds of fat over a period of 4 months, during which time I learned to see my stress and live life without abusing food. Best of all, now my body is 30% muscle!
OCNW is a professional, devoted company and I can’t thank them enough for helping me to become a healthier person.

I have been going to Lovejoy Chiropractic for over 10 years. My first visit I could hardly move, I had such a sore neck from who knows what! Dr Ott took me in for a last minute appt. fixed me up and called me in personally the next morning to see how I was doing. You just can’t find better care like that!
