Our insurance company contacted Paul Davis after a tree fell on our roof during a wind storm. We worked with Carolle during this process and she was very professional and helpful. Gene did a very good job patching and painting our room. The roofers went above and beyond. We felt that we received not only very good work, but that it was done promptly. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Can’t believe an organization like this exists.
We were more than pleased with the remediation when our basement flooded. They were prompt and very professional.
Then we started discussing the work that needed to be done, which they wanted to do. Six weeks of chasing them after lies and unmet promises and what was the result? A meaningless apology from the owner and being told they couldn’t do anything for 2 more months.
Save yourself the aggravation and pick another contractor! These people have no follow up ability and lack basic customer service skills.
