I don’t have anything to compare the service to, because this was my first mechanic experience (I’ve always had family do it for me). Given the make of my car, this problem needed some more expert attention. I was extremely nervous, was expecting a huge bill, and big surprises. The only surprise I got was the constant clear communication and the fact that my bill was about half as much as I was expecting, AND I was able to pick my car up the same day I dropped it off! I am so grateful for their hard work, and especially the communication before they did anything without my knowledge! On the drive home, I was in awe at how smooth and quiet my car was. Thank you for making my first mechanic experience a positive one!

It is so refreshing to find a qualified honest auto shop! I took in my audi to get a quote on getting my timing belt changed. manuall said 60k. Any way quote was $ 1100! Not excited about the price but way cheaper than the dealership. I gave the greenlight to proceed. Just received a voicemail from Paul’s letting me know that my model had a timing chain as apposed to the typical belt. No change requird! Thanks for being honest! It is kind of sad but in todays world when I find an honest I rejoice! !!

Great service. Very trustworthy. Many auto repair joints will look for all kinds of unnecessary repairs they can do to drain your wallet. Paul’s works hard to get your car fixed right the first time, and back in your hands promptly. I won’t go anywhere else.

If you are looking for a good mechanic that you can trust, I highly recommend Paul’s. We’ve been taking our vehicles there for a few years now, for a variety of issues. They get the work done fast, at very reasonable prices, and do a great job. When our issue has been something they don’t handle, they have referred us to equally competent, independent, affordable shops.

First time using Paul’s. Don’t usually take my vehicles to repair shops. In this case, I broke something trying to repair something on my own. They were super cool about it, and took the shortest route to a resolution. All while not forgetting to be thorough. Very pleased with repairs and hope I don’t have to see them for a long time. But if I need to take my car to a shop, it will be Paul’s. They were excellent!

Did a timing belt /​water pump on my wife’s ’98 beetle. Great job, good price. The car lost a coolant house a week later which was unrelated to the job but he towed and fixed at no charge.
