Perfection Custom Print Solutions

I had wedding invitations that needed to be mailed out. Our printer ran out of ink, and I could not find a replacement. I brought the work to Kinko’s, but they said there are no printers of theirs that can print out envelopes. In my desperation, I randomly called Perfection Custom Print Solutions. The woman who answered the phone kindly explained to me that it was not the type of job they do usually, but she told me to come in anyway. Before long, the invitation envelopes were all printed out even though she needed to re-​format the file I brought with me and had to feed each envelope manually into the printer. I realized that I even underpaid because my math skills had gone out of the window in my panic of the day. Now that all the envelopes are stuffed, waiting to be dropped off at the post office, the generosity I received at their office is finally sinking in. My fiancé and I truly appreciate what you’ve done!

I really wish I could have done business with them. They had an outside sales person stop by our office to hand out a flyer, so when it was time to get new business cards made I thought it would be a great idea to go with a local neighborhood business.
Well I was wrong. The first consultation I thought was pretty straight forward. The gal helping said it would be a few days and she would have a few different proofs to look at. Sounded good to me.
After a week goes by, I stop in to check the status. Nothing had been started yet. So another week goes by with no contact from them, I decide to give them a call to check the status. The woman helping says she’s been swamped and promised to get proofs to me by the next day if that meant she had to stay up late working on them. I figured this would finally happen.
Another week an a half goes by, nothing. I show up and ask if I can get my original paperwork and sample cards back because I can’t wait any longer and have gone with another company. The woman was always very nice, however a simple courtesy call to give me an update would have been nice. I understand that sometimes things get really busy, I would have totally understood had I not had been given a false timeline.

Perfection saved the day for my sister’s wedding. I flew in from out of town with half complete files. They gave us the tech support we needed to get the programs, table numbers and guest cards looking sharp! The printing was completed flawlessly and on time. I have seen what Jerre and Perfection Custom Print can do. Large format, business cards and needs, posters, invites, banners, beer labels, binding. You name it, it can probably be done here. The one aspect I find fascinating is the die cuts. The skill needed to do die cuts at the level they are doing there takes quite a bit of know how. The place is very professional and you will like the results you get from them.
They have all of the current equipment for digital printing and can get your work done fast. Oh, and you’ll have one very friendly bloodhound to contend with. She makes herself known.
