Gaela has prepared some amazing meals for us! We have been using a personal chef service for several years now, and recently switched over to Persimmon when our previous chef needed to cut back on their workload. Where to begin — the food tastes amazing! Wonderful blend of flavors and every dish is literally a masterpiece. The instructions provided for re-​heating etc are easy to follow and everything is well-​labeled. Gaela is a delight to have in our home as well, and leaves everything clean.

Gaela is such a doll! Aside from cooking the most amazingly delicious and delectable food, she is an absolute joy to have in the kitchen. The intoxicating smells of mouthwatering food alone will surely put anyone in a good mood, but Gaela herself is just so enthusiastic and passionate about her food, it’s hard to not smile while she is around. She is great to have conversations with, as well as watch (sounds creepy, I know!). She can custom make dishes however you like, and accommodates the food to all your wants and needs. She is incredible! Thank you for all the hard work you do, Gaela!
