Horrible customer service… still waiting for my product, months overdue!!! And I paid half already. Trying to contact them, but they never pick up the phone.
Went to Portland to talk to them in person, but they were closed…
Once I talked to someone, and he promised to call me back, but never did!
Left many messages, but they never called back!
I am furious!

Yet another of the ubiquitous furniture stores located in the Pearl. They’ve moved to a new location (diagonally across the street from where they used to be). Keep your eyes open as your walking by for their sidewalk sale. Their space features interesting local art, modern furnishings, and delightful accent pieces. The staff was really friendly. I’ve been eyeballing a piece of artwork…
By the way, another reason shopping for your home is interesting in the Pearl.

Stylish, durable, interesting furniture, lighting and gifts but what I like the best is the helpful staff; never pushy, very well informed. I will definitely keep shopping here. New address is 1024 NW Glisan St.

I had seen this place a couple of times, but you know what it’s like going in to a furniture store, sometimes it can be pretty intimidating, sometimes it can be wonderful, other times it can be smelly!
This time it was GOOD. While P.H. Reed would not be where I would want to furnish my entire house, but nowhere would– variety is the spice of life– they were showing some very innovative and stylish pieces, my favorite of which was an area rug with a zen rock garden feel, complete with ripples from one side to the other.
David, who kindly knew the balance between letting me be and educating me on the pieces that were exciting, was very helpful and I would highly suggest speaking with him if you are looking to work on a project.
So, all in all this was a positive shopping experience, I only deducted the last star because I would like it if they had some eco-​friendly options, at least a tiny section, but that’s just me.
