Pi Squared

Fantastic pizza! The combinations here are all prefect, flavorful and fresh. Unfortunately they’re not open full time so make sure to check their hours of operation. It’s so worth the wait.

Pandas eventually have pizza benders, and Carts on Foster has a woodfired pizza cart to be proud of. 10-​inch square pizzas, tart flambee, and salads named for Greek and other European icons.
EINSTEIN PIZZA ($ 9): Basil-​pesto-​alfredo sauce, Monterrey jack cheese, artichoke hearts, whole roasted garlic cloves, and a medley of mushrooms. Slight char on the underside, and the toppings are nearly pushed to the edges, leaving just a small crust. Loved the slight crunch on the crust. It only took a couple minutes for the panda to destroy said pizza.
It’s an ideal food to pair with beer at the adjacent pod bar.

Delicious pizza at a good price. The Archimedes pizza is really good with a lot of veggies. Best pizza in the neighborhood!

This food truck off of 52^nd and Foster opened just a few days ago. The pizza was so good, I ate some before I had to take the picture. Fresh ingredients, artfully assembled– much better than what you would expect for a food truck. The salad with goat cheese, arugula and walnuts was also great. The owner was very friendly, even though it was a hot day, and he was in the oven-​baked cart. Good luck to your new venture!
