Ted was great. This was my first experience with Pillar to Post as I have a regular company I like to use, but after today I will be adding Ted into the mix. Ted was exceedingly thorough and detail-oriented in our home inspection. He answered all my pesky questions, was happy to point out particular concerns to me, and was great about asking us about all of the points we wanted to bring up about the house before he started so he could pay particular attention to them. His report was easy to follow and detailed, he spent time with us to review it point-by-point, and he gave us both paper and electronic copies immediately.

We ended up using Chris twice in one month. Unfortunate for us because that meant our first home contract fell through and we needed to do the process all over again. We had such a great experience with Chris the first time we easily decided to use him again. Chris was very thorough and efficient both times. He was patient with answering our questions and showing us around the home. We were first time home buyers and had a lot of questions. We’d definitely recommend Pillar to Post.

As first-time home buyer, I didn’t know much about the process of buying a house, Chris was already on site the day of my inspection taking pictures around the outside of the house to put into his report. He was very courteous and understanding of the questions we had.
From the outside of the house to the inside, top to bottom, Chris went over each room with me and described what to look for ourselves when buying a home. His years of experience and knowledge of his trade will definitely benefit any buyer or seller. The services he offered to us were greatly appreciated and was very important in helping me make a educated decision.
