If it were possible to update to NO stars I would!
I’ve never had such an all around terrible customer service experience.
Let’s kick this off with my husband called 1hr and 30min after I placed the delivery order, which was 30min longer than we’d been told when the order was placed. The man who answered the phone literally said «yeah, well that’s our wait time right now…» That’s fine sir, but wasn’t your quotes wait time when the order was placed. Additionally, when a regular customer calls in and states the pizza is 30min later than quoted, you should never follow up with what you current wait times are because that’s irrelevant.
As if the unnecessary rudeness wasn’t enough, after my husband requested a discount, the man told us to keep a look out for a… What for it… «Colored man»… Are you serious right now?! Did you really just refer to a fellow employee as a colored man?! Do you have ANY clue what my husband, who is ½ black, was feeling when he was told to keep a look out for a COLORED MAN!?!
Let’s wrap this up with quite possibly the greatest cherry on top… Not only did my husbands double pepperoni have less than a regular pepperoni BUT all of the toppings on my creamy pesto chicken had slid off, clearly showing my pizza had not been flat…
You can be assured that this Unilocal review is the beginning of my complaint.

Wish I could review the actual pizza itself, but here it is 1&½ hours later, and no pizza. We called, they haven’t even made it yet. I guess our $ 60 order wasn’t that important to you. It’s sad, only because their pizza came so highly recommended. I can’t verify that, though, because no food ever came. Comparing my experience to the others here on Unilocal,I wonder how much longer they can stay in business.

This was my 2^nd time to go here. The pizza was pretty good the first time so I ordered the same thing then left to grab a drink next door. (Both times I was the only customer) The guy didn’t see me come back in so he was talking up a storm to the other guys (cursing a lot but I figured he didn’t know I was there) & then said, «Like that fat chick who was just in here» The other guy said something like, «She’s right there» I looked up & he was looking at me. The guys were silent for a minute then the jerk guy says, «Guess I’m in trouble» So I got up & left & called my husband & asked that he call to have them refund my money, which they did. I totally left there wanting to cry. So wrong. I really hope that guy gets fired.

Very fast and polite; a GREAT alternative to dominos or pizza hut!

I’ve ordered from here before which is the only reason I’ll give it three stars. Tonight my order was placed around 7:00pm and was quoted 40 – 60 minutes. So I decided to call in (after two hours of waiting) and there was no adjustment to my price after that two hours and I was told I had an estimated delivery time of two hours… even though my phone says otherwise. service was militant and unsympathetic. The picture says it all.

Good pizza, but not great. Ordered to my hotel and the delivery was on time (actually earlier than I requested, which was not what I intended). Had a large Hawaiian. I was hoping for more sauce and more flavor in the crust.

Got the California garlic chicken in original crust. It was good. I really liked the white sause and crust. Very good. The chicken was not as good a quality as I would have expected for how pricey the pizza was. They should really up grade. I was annoyed that all the edges had to be recut. But whatever. Will give it another try. But We’ll see after that.

Jalapeño poppers seemed like the microwavable ones at a supermarket
Paid $ 2.50 to get artichokes added, only got 2 – 3 artichoke hearts on an xl pizza. Crust like cardboard. Gave review 2 stars because the vegetables tasted fresh. Lacked seasonings.
Would only order again to throw away money and give to a homeless person.

Hello dear Pizza Lovers,
I came in here for a pick up order of three pizzas. My friend that I was with was the one doing the ordering and he made a mistake and ordered the wrong pizza with gluten free crust. Vlad and Veronica were the ones working and they were more than helpful to help my friend out and fix his order. Within 8 minutes we had the right pizza and were out of the door. Thank you pizza guys for your wonderful customer service and pizza. We are so excited to eat these pies!

Figured I would give these guys a shot, since they sent me coupons twice in one week and opened up at this location recently. Fair price, decent service, not so good pizza.
The pizza tastes good at first, but is way to greasy. I am not picky either, but this leaves a bad taste in your mouth for hours, like you licked the fryer.
Probably the greasiest I have had in a long time.

Well first and last time I will order form them. Good pizza horrible service. Took 1.5 hours to get out order. Then they forgot half of it. Then the lady asked if I still wanted it. Well of. Purse I paid you for it. 30 min after that still no salad. 2 hours and still waiting nothing to make the order right. Lost a good tipper!

Ordered a delivery of a Salad with thousand island dressing. Got Italian instead.

who charges me (and did) and the delivery person told me that the card didn’t go through and to give her the card. Fuck that.
Watch out for this place.

ah man, its hard to give this experience 2 stars, but the pizza was tasty. if I strictly based this on taste alone I’d give it 3.5 stars. although just slightly warm, you could taste the fresh ingredients. good real cheese, pepperoni with a bite.
problem was with delivery, wrong order and pizza girl. omg, you know those people than never take fault and blame it on everyone but themselves? pizza girl. order online (don’t do this) didn’t see the option for card or cash. no cash so card. order said complete so I called to give card. or I made DA gooch call. he literally gave the 16 digits 5 times! yes he has a strong ky accent but lordy!
so the long wait for the pie you wanted in 10 mins. OK so an hour, no big deal, pizza gets here. we have a deal — the buyer makes the other answer the door and do the pizza and item juggle.

called pizza girl– wrong order wrong topping 1 pie instead of two. yes I had a coupon, no you didn’t give me a discount, not my fault their system prints incorrectly all the time, no can’t wait another 2 hours, no I don’t want a credit on my pizza account (thinking I’m never ordering from here again) I’m sorry you can’t do anything, yes I can hold (gooch takes bite of pizza) no you can’t pick up this pizza after its been here for 15 mins and that’s gross… I can hold (hear her taking to driver explaining EVERYTHING IN DETAIL) comes back 5 – 7 mins later, I lose my cool and demand a refund, pizza girl — I can try? yeah do that.

Well this should be marketed as a take out only. But they have tables inside, and make you think you can eat there. So why not fountain drinks? We ordered, and went to order drinks and were told we cound get a two liter bottle. What are we going to do, share a bottle and chug it from the bottle? Or tape a few straws together… Wow. We left.

Very tasty pizza. I was impressed with the quality of the ingredients that were used on the pizza. I ordered the thick crust and it came thick and fluffy. The price was a little high for a delivered medium pizza at nearly $ 23.00, but it was tasty.

Super nice staff. I got carry out from here once (I think it’s the only option) & the counter staff had me laughing the entire time I waited for my food.
They have a lot of great menu options. Prices are cheap and portions are generous. You get what you pay for, here. It’s not exceptional pizza, but at these prices I don’t expect hand kneaded dough or sauce made from scratch. It’s just good pizza at an affordable price and the perfect thing if you want to just get some cheap food to curl up on the couch with.

The pizza was great, their customer service was awesome, and the best part is that it’s close to my house. My husband ordered some kind of Hawaiian pizza, and he said it was a special type of Hawaiian that they had listed on their menu, but I have never seen a Hawaiian pizza that was as colorful as this one. Their breadsticks were amazing, and I actually ate more bread sticks and I ate pizza. They even gave us a free liter of pop because we spent more than $ 15. And because we checked in to the Pizza Guys on Unilocal,we also got a free ice cream.

PROS:
For our first trip, I figured a good pizza test is pepperoni. The 2x pepperoni and extra cheese I ordered was PERFECT. Crispy cheese, tangy sauce, and plenty of pepperoni. They also give you a free 2 liter or pint of ice cream if you pick your order up, which is a great feature, and saves them labor and gas, and me a trip to the store.
CONS:
For this first trip we also ordered their Creamy Pesto pizza and I specified that it was the one with the creamy pesto sauce, Tuscany crust, olives, etc. but the young man who took my order put in for a Tuscan Garlic chicken pizza. Completely different, and has nothing to do with pesto (which is what wifey wanted, and I specified). We didn’t realize the mix up until we got home with our 1.5 year old, and it was too late to go back.
I could tell he was new and it wasn’t the end of the world, but we didn’t care for the pizza. When I called to let them know about the mistake, the supervisor (Katie?) was courteous and offered to replace it on our next visit, which is very generous. (Even though she asked me why I didn’t check it when we picked it up… Next time I will).
At the end of the day Pizza Guys is going to be our new neighborhood pizza spot, and even though I tipped $ 6 on take out and still got partially blamed for not checking my order before I left, I can tell they’re good people and we’ll be back!

The Pizza guys are great! Great customer service and they get the order right! (Sounds like that might not be a big deal but it is to me!)
The place is really clean and the pizza is really good. They have so many different crust options which is great especially when you have to feel 18+ guys/​gals at work! Everyone is happy!
Keep it up!

I’m not sure about this place. They ask for a review and say if u give them one the will give you a free pizza! Has me wondering if I really want to try it. So I tried it today after all. No I did not take the free pizza. It was a good pizza, and a ok price. I just think it is a bad idea to give away something for a good review.
But I will be back for a pizza again.
