I order from this place a lot… I mean probably once or twice a week to have delivered for me and other coworkers. It’s the closest pizza place to my place of work. The amount of money they get from me and my co workers is almost absurd. They are consistently late, and 40% of the time the order is wrong. I’m still waiting for my pizza that was ordered to a future deliver time and they are over 30 minutes late with a 2.5 hour heads up. I’m going to start paying Damino’s extra to deliver outside their delivery area or paying the higher prices of Tom’s pizza. I’m done.

Okay, I get it. It’s Pizza Hut. It literally still tastes like the 90’s and I’m a few days away from diving into the whole 30 program, so fuck it. Pizza for dinner sounds rad… except FORWHENITDOESN’T SHOWUP. At the«estimated time of arrival» my phone rang, it was fuzzy and I couldn’t hear the other person, assumed it was the delivery person and scurried down the stairs. Nobody there. Come upstairs to find out that the number is actually the Pizza Hut Call Center. Why is the Pizza Hut Call Center calling me? I give it another few minutes. An hour and a half go bye and I still haven’t gotten a pizza. I give the shop a call, a man tries to figure out what’s wrong and then I ended up getting hung up on. I call back, am placed on hold for another 15 minutes. I listen to about 8 different songs about pizza and then a lady answers and lets me know that my order had been voided because they delivered it to the wrong address and the man who answered the door was pissed. She was kind about it, and offered me another order… but it’s not worth it. I double check my order email from pizza hut and every part of my information is correct. Address and phone number, as well as an instruction to «please call when you arrive.» So now I’m starving and very pizza less :(

Please leave Portsmouth. We have other pizza options. Family owned pizza spots.

I’ll keep this simple and short: 1. Breaded boneless wings are 80% breading, 20% chicken. 2. They serve the marinara sauce COLD(I asked for hot, but they said they don’t do that anymore). What the ****??? Makes the breadsticks inedible! 3. Bad pizza.

Not sure why there are so many low ratings. I order pizza a lot when my work schedule gets hectic and I know there are a lot of independent pizza places but Pizza Hut is kinda like Starbucks. It’s consistent and good. Nothing fancy but solidly good. Ok, actually I do love their BBQ chicken pizza. It is delicious and great! Try it! My only slight complaint is that sometimes when I call during peak hours — the delivery time is 50 min. That’s a long time if you’re hungry and didn’t plan ahead. :)

If I could leave a zero star review I would. We ordered two pizzas online, called an hour later and were told they were en route. 30 minutes after that we received a voicemail(while we were with a client) and three minutes later when I listened to the voicemail our order had already been cancelled because«they couldn’t find us and couldn’t reach us by phone». So we waited over 90 minutes for them but they couldn’t wait five minutes for us to call back. Ridiculous!!!

this is a very rude restaurant that could careless about your order. I called and they said no English and read me the 800 number. I called the 800 number and placed my order. I waited 2 hours and called back. waited 15 minutes on the phone to find out the restaurant rejected my order cause they say my house 1.75 miles away is out of there area. the customer service rep said pizza hut has a 2 mile policy so he doesn’t understand why that would happen and he could not reach the store. they would not answer the phone. I never received my order. called back 1.5 hours later and pizza hut rep I got this time said they knew nothing about the order and they do not del to my area. this place has the worst customer service I have ever seen and I love pizza but will not be getting any from pizza hut. I had to go get subway for my guests.

There is no seating at this location. It is not a typical Pizza Hut, but take-out only. Make sure to phone in your order first or you’re just going to sit on benches(small) with no air conditioning and just wait.

This location is great with getting pizza here to the University. They offer an $ 8 special with an ID, and know the halls and buildings well. Sometimes we have had to wait a pretty long time, but it’s never that when we get the food. Pizza is always good, pasta decent, and cinnamon sticks to die for. The Pizza Hut supports Pilots well.

I am completely frustrated with this company. We ordered the dinner box online this evening and was given the delivery time to be 6:40pm. We did not receive the order until 7:10pm. This was over an hour past the time we ordered(the restaurant is literally less than a mile away). Not only this, but we were charged a dollar extra for added cheese and then there was no extra cheese. We just moved to this city from another city where this exact same issue happened there! This company is overall just a horrible horrible idea for any meal, please please for your sanity go someplace else for pizza!

This review is not so much about the pizza because most Pizza Huts are pretty much the same, and not even so much about the service at this one store. Basically I placed a order on-line and it got lost and wasn’t delivered. Stuff happens. But the kicker is trying to resolve the issue. After being put on hold 3 times and getting transferred from one person to the next, I just gave up and hung up. I have to say I assume all the phone tag nonsense occured at a corporate level at a customer ‘no service’ department. Want to take your chances, go ahead. I did get pretty good service from this location a few times. But the ONE time they dropped the ball, it’s like pulling teeth to get it resolved(which it never was). And that was more reflective of the corporation as my call was transferred there and did not speak to anyone at this store. But it was enough of a hassle to lose me as a customer for good.
