There new location was not listed. Called store asked if I could get coupon deals since app was was not working said no had to call direct number. Which was a switch board. They were rude they were talking to other people while talking to me. then they hung up on me guess I will go back to domino’s

I wish i could give this place zero stars. We ordered from here about a week ago and after about 45 min, someone pulled up the house. I say someone because there was nothing to indicate he worked for pizza hut. No topper on the car. No signage. I understand it shouldn’t be that big of a deal but it is. When asked ‘you don’t have a car topper?’ His response was a gruff ‘nope’. Nothing else. After this he snatched the receipt from my friend’s hand because he couldn’t remember our total. No apology. No explanation. Just a completely rude man named Jason. His attitude was uncalled for and unappreciated. When we got inside our pizzas were completely disheveled. All the pieces were spread around the box like someone shook it up. Thanks again, Jason.
Today we decided to give it another shot. We ordered online to avoid rude customer service that seems to be normal for this location. We received am email confirmation quoting less than $ 25. Unfortunately the website entered the order wrong forcing us to call. They made the correction abruptly. Rude as usual.
When my pizza was delivered, unfortunately, it was Jason again. He pulled up with a topper this time but literally did not say ONE WORD to us. Anxious to have him leave we gave him the money. Still he said nothing. 5 min later he came back to tell us that our receipt says we owe $ 35 not $ 25. He called the store and I guess figured it out but with definite attitude. When we checked the pizza it was cut crazy. With extra cuts through the slices. Our cheese sticks were burnt and hardly had cheese. Bad pizza aside, Jason should be fired. His job is to be friendly when showing up to a STRANGER’S HOME! Not speaking to a customer or being rude to them at their own home is completely absurd. There is absolutely no excuse. After repeatedly calling the store and receiving no real response other than ‘I’ll speak to him’ (they clearly dont), I feel I have no other repercussion than calling corporate and going to social media.

I wish I could leave no stars. This place is a joke. I’m currently STILL waiting for my pizza that I ordered 2 hours ago. Yea I could have drove 15 mins there but I chose to relax. And now I’m being punished for waiting. This is BS! I sure hope the manager gets canned. Probably sitting on his/​her ass texting.

I will never order from this place again. We waited an hour and a half to get our pizza. No one ever came to my door. I got a call from Kansas City (pizza huts call center) which said my order was being destroyed. When I called back a minute later to the actual store the manager said they couldn’t remake my pizza, if they made a new pizza it would be another hour and a half before they could get it out to me. worst service ever. Oh, and when I called them back, I had to call twice because the first time they hung up on me. ONLY GETTING ONE STAR BECAUSE I CAN’T LEAVE A REVIEW WITHOUT A RATING.

This place is the worst. I have never encountered such terrible service in my life. One time I ordered, heard someone running up the stairs (half an hour after the estimated delivery time) and passed my very visible apartment unit. I waited for a minute thinking he’ll find it eventually (first unit by the stairs). Instead the kid ran right passed it, into his car, and drove off. I didn’t even have a chance to come out and call him back. I called and my delivery ended up being over an hour late and cold.
On another occasion, I ordered a pizza with no sauce, ham, and pineapple. What I got was a hunk of bread, some cheese and ham. Anyone who enjoys a Hawaiian style pizza knows that the pineapple really makes the pizza. I checked the receipt and sure enough I ordered correctly. Thankfully I had some in the freezer. These are just a couple of examples. I have never had this many problems with one establishment.

Never had a good experience here. There are four reviews and the highest rating is 3 stars, that should say something about the place.
We ate here 2 – 3 times previously and that was 1 – 2 times too many, I was sick after each time. The pizza was greasy almost to the point of being soggy, everything was just so disappointing. The inside is just icky looking and would not be where I would want to just sit down and eat for a meal. The manager is quite rude and unaccommodating or willing to find resulting to an issue brought to her attention.

I ordered a 16 pc. honey bbq wings, among other things. upon delivery of the food i realized they gave me buffalo wings, not bbq. i called the number on the receipt the make them aware of the problem and to correct it by sending me an order of bbq. after a few minutes of the lady asking me «if I was sure I wanted a new order» she assured me they would be here in 30 min. after an hour and a half I called back to let them know I have not received them. she put me on hold for 10 min. and told me they would be right out. after another hour goes by I got sick of waiting and went to bed. this was their mistake, not mine. they should have been more than happy to give me what I paid for. I even tipped the driver $ 8.00! I will not be ordering or dining at this place again. horrible customer service!!!

Honestly who goes to pizza hut to be served by a waitress? I can’t account for the cleanliness inside as I always do delivery or carry out. Location is great and easy to find. Delivery is usually on time, but never early. I love the ability to order online and see the countdown for it’s readiness. Food is always hot and delicious! No complaints on the quality of the food. I have never received the wrong order. The pizza bite box is supposed to come with dipping sauce but we’ve found it is not put in unless you mention it which is a pain but otherwise service is good. This place is nothing to get thrilled about, just your basic neighborhood pizza place.

I have ordered from this pizza hut many of times. I guess it just depends on who is working that day, on how well your pizza will be. A few times my pizzas were undercooked. Other times, over cooked with a blackened crust. I never called to complain. I’m sure they would of fixed the problem. But who wants to eat anything after a complaint lol. As for delivery they have always gotten the order correct. And got the pizza to me within 20mins after placing orders. Sometimes faster.

the ceiling fans were very dirty, glad they were not running.
blinds in the window at our booth same… dirty.
service, well they tried. But who can have pride to give good service in a place so dirty. So far not sick from the food, this location could be so much better if cleaner. Ladies restroom closed, no great loss assume it was too dirty to use anyway.
If the health department hasn’t been here lately they need to visit soon, the location is just so below average and run down.
I confess it was lunch time and only 1 other person was in the restaurant was dining. This should of been my first clue to go somewhere else. Which we will going forward.
It would of been 1 star or less, but our waitress tried so hard to take care of our needs we had to give her credit for trying in a location that truly needs attention outside of her control. This location can not survive on delivery alone. It saddens me to see this place go so far down.
