Portland Gutter Service did the job another contractor bid on in Thumbtacks but then said he couldnt do after a delay of 2 – 3 weeks. So Kingsley was a welcome change as he did a beautiful job in a timely and cost efficient manner. Knew exactly what needed to be done and did it without direction.

Kingsley from Portland Gutter Service stood us up twice.
I have to take time off from work so he can come install the gutters, but he never showed up.
I gave him a second chance. He still didn’t show up. I am done with his excuses.
