Called and made reservation with Kenny. With flight info he directed us to find him at specific spot and after retrieving luggage went out and there he was, waving. After he stowed our gear in the rear, we rode in his van directly to our downtown hotel. Along the way arranged to pick us up at our hotel for our return to the airport 5 days later.
He was early and brought us to PDX timely.
No drama. Just professional service. We would definately use again.
