Bought a Groupon for a Taro card reading. It didn’t expire till July 18th, 2014. I called on June 2nd to make an appointment.
First I called the listed number & an automated message came on stating a number that I hadn’t called & stating to leave a message. So I did. I didn’t hear back. So I tired calling again later that day (due to not being sure if I even had the right number).
I reached the ‘reader’ who said she was going to be out of town for a couple of months & asked when I purchased the Groupon’! It doesn’t matter when I purchased just that it hadn’t expired.
She said I am welcome to get a refund (duh) or wait till she gets back (I don’t think so).
I give her business 1 star for being unprofessional.
