Deb is great! We found her on Unilocal and couldn’t be more happy. I had previous Quickbooks experience but it had been YEARS since I had used it. She came in and gave me a refresher course, showed me how to correctly do some things I wasn’t doing yet and showed me lots of little tricks I didn’t know were possible. She has a no pressure way of teaching, was easy to follow and understand and quick to offer help after our meeting. I will definitely recommend Deb to anyone who needs Quickbooks training.

Was having problems with the payroll company that i was working with. With Debs help — she lined me up with her payroll contact. My company switched over on her recommendation and now we not only saved a lot on money. But this new payroll company showed that our other payroll company was doing it all wrong. We have been getting major refunds back from the state in the thousands of dollars. Deb not only knows her Pro Books business; but helps me in making other business contacts that are helping improve and increase profits to my business

Simply the BEST! We process over 500 transactions per-​month so bookkeeping can be a nightmare! Deb cleaned everything up for us and trained us how to get everything organized correctly. Not only that, but her rates are very good too. The cost of her services were a fraction of the tax liability she saved us because she caught an error in the online banking sync to QuickBooks and found not everything was downloaded (over $ 25,000 in tax write-​off company expenses). Now our QuickBooks are reconciled and every penny is accounted for correctly. I highly recommend Pro Books & Consulting.

Deb Byes was a huge help to me. She came to my house, sat down with me for a couple hours, and helped me organize my QuickBooks. She taught me helpful little short cuts and gave me the jump start I needed to reconcile my accounts. I would highly recommend her. Looked else where and wasn’t interested in paying big bucks in a classroom setting. She gave me the one on one attention I needed to get familiarized with QuickBooks.

Deb was fantastic help. I had been working with QuickBooks for about a year and had many questions piling up to whether I was doing them correctly. She came over to my home office and sat down and really went through each question individually and made sure we understood how she was doing it all. She also took the time to look through out QuickBooks account to make sure everything was accurately recording so that the end of the year would be easier. Her help was very reassuring and we will definitely be using her expertise in the future.
