If you’re the kind of person that avoids places with poor customer service, then turn your heel and go the other way. I’ve been here about 4 – 5 times in the last 2 months since I work 1 minute away. I remember walking in for the first time and the gentleman in the goatee just staring at me. Once I ordered, I made light, humorous conversation and he didn’t respond to any of it and he was very cold when I was checking out, even though I tipped well. I’ve come here on other occasions because I thought I’d give it another chance, and sometimes I really do want a toasty sub. Service is still the same. AND they’re playing the weirdest Asian pop. It’s not even PSY. The food isn’t on par with the other Quiznos’, either. I’m keeping it 2 star because the service is fast, the pricing is fair, and, despite the lower quality, the food is still delicious. I won’t lie.

I come here every now and then. I stopped by on Friday, August 23rd. I’m always happy when I get a Quiznos coupon, always happy to redeem it, and the people here are always happy to accept it. Lobster & Seafood regular sub … $ 6.89 Kids Meal w/regular drink & chips … $ 3.99 Minus free kids meal coupon — 3.99 — — – Total … $ 6.89

I went back because some times I just want Quiznos, gosh darn it. The experience was very similar: staff was friendly enough, food was of pretty poor quality, though it tasted pretty good. I had to post an update, though, because there were two things that really annoyed me. 1. A good three inches of the bread was thrown out because they cut off my sandwich and threw out the rest. This may be the one thing that makes me stop going to Quiznos. I have a hard time supporting that kind of blatant waste. 2. I was there at about 7:30pm. It was clear they were packed up and ready to go home. If you’re going to put things away so your customers can’t have them and act like you’re closed, close. Don’t say you’re open until 8 and half-close at 7:30.

As soon as you walk in you are greeted. I wasn’t pressured to hurry up and order either.

I walked here for lunch yesterday and my sub was really good! I got the Turkey Club on Rosemary bread. I was really surprised when they asked me what I wanted on it after it came out of the oven! I love being able to customize it with exactly what I want! It get’s a litte busy around lunch time, but they seem to keep up.

The sign on this place says they close at 9pm Mon-Thur. However, they routinely close earlier. I was there Wednesday(traveling on business and staying at the Double Tree across the street) at around 8pm and they were closed and the employees were cleaning. They just gave me a strange look when I pointed at their sign. It is very annoying and poor business practice. If you can’t keep the hours as stated on your sign, then change your sign!

This Quiznos is near Holladay Park and a block from the Lloyd Center mall in Portland. It is a small Quiznos and I am not sure if it has all the offerings of a large Quiznos. But they still toast thru the roaster oven. Regular Blank Angus $ 5.99 REgular Oven Roast Turkey $ 4.49 Sobe drinks $ 1.99 Chips $ 1.19 Discount for meal plan -$ 1.38 I didn’t notice any $ 5 footlong offers on the menu. What’s up with that? Ohhhhh, that’s right, that $ 5 footlong offer is Subway!
