Terrible service and people. I will never go back here. Tried calling to get an appointment and nobody ever answers the phone. I would not recommend this place

The boot camp is amazing if you want to get in shape! My favorite instructor is Shirley, she really pushes you and gets you going! This is definitely worth it! I love how it’s easy to sign up for the classes online, it never gets too crowded. If your wanting to hit all targets on your body, this is it!

The best kept secret at this place is Jillian’s yoga class. I was expecting a «fill in» type of yoga class. The kind usually offered by fitness gyms, but she is better than many yoga only studios I have been to. I would join RDFit just for her yoga class!

This gym used to be called Tri-​D Fitness and has now become RDFIT (Results Driven Fitness Training).
I started training at this gym as a recommendation of my physician (Sports Medicine specialist) that I’ve been seeing due to knee injuries. In short, my problem is that my leg and hip muscles are not strong enough or their strength is not balanced, so rather than going to traditional physical therapy, he recommended that I work with a specific personal trainer (Jennifer) to get stronger and more active.
I really like this place. The location is convenient and there is ample parking, and the facilities and equipment are nice, considering this is a smaller gym (this isn’t a huge 24Hour). There are several treadmills and cardio machines available, and plenty of weights, rolls, mats, sandbags, and any kind of gym equipment you could think of. The space is kept very clean, and there are convenient lockers and a changing room.
There are many kinds of activities available at RDFIT. Personally, I am getting personal training from Jennifer, focused on full body strength and balance, but you’ll find people there with specific activities like weight lifting, kickboxing, weight loss, etcetera. The trainers and the ‘trainees’ all seem very friendly, positive people, and the atmosphere at this place is welcoming, with people of all ages and all levels of fitness mingling.
