Initially I had storage units in two different facilities and when I found Read St and Sean explained I could have both long term and short term rental units and that news coupled with the on site walk through… I was impressed and I moved my stored belongings to Read St.
Some of my items have been stored for over two years and in that time I have continued to receive SUPERIOR customer service either in person or on the phone.
I applaud Sean for his expertise, his professional and kind manner. I have been impressed with his preparedness and thoroughness. My lock broke… he had one to lend me. Dust pans and brooms are located throughout to help us be tidy in our units and in the common space. Carts and wagons of differing shapes and sizes to accommodate a quick trip to the unit and to my station wagon. And it is possible to park inside to make those transitions even easier.
Read Street Storage is my storage facility… and the only one I recommend to others.

Calling around and exploring options, we felt completely comfortable with these guys. The rates were what got me as well as the facility which we’ve checked out in person.
Highly recommend them and there are options for both very short and long term storage needs which met exactly what we were looking for!

We had a great experience with Read Street Self Storage. Sean is awesome and responded to all my inquiries with lightening speed. The space was clean, secure, truly climate controlled, and well appointed with carts, a huge elevator, easy access for both cars & trucks. They also rent moving trucks right on location which was great. Their prices were the best we found for the size unit we were looking for. Highly recommend!
