This deserves zero stars but I can’t do that. The place and employees defy explanation, so here are some gullet points.
One inch space below the door
Huge hole in bathroom wall revealing pipes and god knows what else
Missing tiles on bathroom floor
Broken air conditioner
Fuzzy tv reception
Paper thin pillows
Smoke filled room
Burn holes in comforter
Need I continue?
I travel half of the year for work, this the worst hotel ever!
