Rothstein Alan F DPM

I was a very happy patient of Dr Rothstein, who has retired and sold the business to a new podiatrist. Dr Rothstein’s nurse remains there, and she is very cheery and knowledgeable. The new dr is very bright, personable, interesting person to talk with. His name is difficult for most Americans to spell — something like Isihiro. Easy to talk to and knowledgeable doc. I have a new podiatrist that I’m sticking with! Way friendlier and less upselling of inserts than I had with Dr Pederson in West Linn.

I know what yer thinking! The ONLY reason I would need a podiatrist is to remove my foot from my mouth… After all, my family crest (on a field of green) IS a foot in a mouth.
To be serious, I’ve been going to Dr. Rothstein for a coupla few years now and all I can say is that I wish he was a General Practitioner, Dentist, Optometrist, HELL, if I needed heart surgery I would want Dr. Rothstein to perform the proceedure even if he had to go in thru my foot. I want him for EVERYTHING that may happen to me!
I was an Operating Room Tech in the Air Force and I KNOW what good old «Bedside Manner» is, and the good Doc stayed in line for a double dose of it. The minute he comes in the room it just shines with his humor, good will, and even world view.
I had a seriously infected ingrown toenail I got from a pedicure at «Swampwater Nail Salon». Man, did that sucker hurt, I mean ANY contact left me wimpering. Doc R. slowly applied a topical anesthetic little by little until it was dead enough for a shot. Didn’t feel a THING! Afterward I felt like I could’a played a round of Golf (if it wasn’t for my shoulders, back, and neck) or even «kick the can».
IF, you get a foot problem, head for Dr. Roth’s. The staff is so nice and friendly I wanted to invite ‘em over for Thanksgiving… I’m actually sorta looking FORWARD to my ~next~ foot problem, or to have it removed from my mouth… AGAIN!!!

Very friendly staff and great Podiatrist. He was super informative and helped me out a lot. He has a spacious office and a fun personality.

Very friendly dr and nurse. Quality care, reasonable price. Plenty of parking. Rothstein is a nice guy, good conversationalist. Never have to wait too long and don’t feel I’m upsold. Can get appts in near-​term on calling.
