Chimney is clean but my toilet is not; apparently this is standard fare for Dan the bossman. He found it funny. I find it unprofessional and recommend he take a lesson in customer service. And isn’t it odd that the secretary keeps his last name a secret?!

As a general contractor I’m constantly looking for quality tradesman to recommend to my clients. Dan H from Russel Chimney is one of those people. I’ve had a number of clients use his service and have all been very pleased.
They are a family run business and the personal service you receive is one of the things that stands out with them.
If you have need for repairs or just simply a yearly cleaning the guys at Russell Chimney will be there to help you out. I highly recommend them.

I have used Dan and Russell Chimney several times on our house, and can say nothing but positive things about them.
Our chimney was the nesting grounds each year for a flock of birds, and they put on a custom-​fit cap over the chimney. No more birds coming into the house!
Next year, they came out and repaired some bricks that had fallen, flashing problems that was causing leaks, and mortar fixes– and they weather sealed the chimney. Quick turn-​around, really good people. Clearly a business with integrity.
