Full disclosure — I’m Sarah’s older brother. Sarah did a wonderful job of selling our home. She recommended & oversaw a cosmetic «freshening» which, because it was a rental (wouldn’t generate income during the remodel), made me nervous. She did communicate well during the process. Ended up selling the house 2-​weeks after completion of remodel (4-​weeks total). 25% above asking/​market price. Obviously I was happy at the end but actually enjoyed the process during the prep & sale. She sat down with me, gave me a menu of options as well as her recommendation. I wanted to start off with a higher starting price but she explained a strategy that worked. Start low, let her create a buzz, and then let the market speak. Might not work in every situation but I wouldn’t do it any other way (or with any other broker).
