So Scotty’s is good little neighborhood joint; their drinks are strong and well-made, their Mac and cheese was phenomenal, the service was super friendly, AND they’re open late. What’s not to love? Sometimes it will be busy and later in the evening the crowd will start to get — well — belligerent. But that’s okay to me! Scotty’s offers video gaming, pool tables, plenty of seating, and you can even bring your drinks outside for all of your smoking and vaping needs. They even have a «mystery beer» which awards you a prize if you guess what it is. I think Scotty’s is our new local late night bar. I’m glad it’s here — it’s the right amount of shenanigans coupled with really good food.

Best bar in Tigard. Superb service, great food and, fantastic company all around. They show all the major games and have a fancy, unlimited jukebox. Smoking patio and lotto. Plus video golf and buck hunter. I world recommend this bar for anybody’s main watering hole, if they live in the area.

Service has always been very good. Hana takes good care of her customers. Food is plentiful and delivered promptly and nicely priced. Drinks are strong enough to feel like your getting a good drink but not so strong you cant drink it(yes that does happen) Very comfortable place you can take your lady friends and not feel like you are being hit on.

I loved Scotty’s! Popped by because we were craving cheese fries, and we live right nearby. This place is very dude-bro and divey. Our server was really friendly, I thought the service was excellent! I ordered a Jack+Coke and my partner had a Dark and Stormy. Both drinks were quite strong, I loved it! I think after visiting this place I have a new perspective on «neighborhood bars». Maybe it’s just because I’m getting older but we enjoyed our experience here and will be back soon for another round of drinks and cheese fries!

Our first and last time here. We walked in, nobody greeted us, no sogn that said seat yourselves. We sat for about 10 minutes nobody came to help us. There was a bearded waiter helping everyone but us. My father-in-law went to the bar ordered our drinks and got us menus. It took another 10 – 15 minutes for the brunett waitress to take our order. She did not ask if i wanted my margarita on the rocks or blended. .with or with out salt. It was a horrible drink. Our food took abput 15 woch wasnt bad. but the food was horrible. No flavory quesadilla came with salsa but tasted like store bougjt cheap salsa. The prime eib was so so thin and flavorless. If you want a great experience and great food. DONOTCOMEHERE.

Now this is a neighborhood dive-ish bar with the right recipe! They get it, all of IT. 21 and over, which is fine by us. Lots of regulars, cheers environment, but new-comers are made to feel VERY welcome! Great dive vibe here! We hit this place 1 – 2 times a week, so I guess that makes us regulars. Food is great & reasonably priced for surprisingly excellent quality. They make their own everything from scratch, such as hollandaise sauce, salad dressings, prime rib, burger patties, fry sauce, hand cut fries, BBQ, hash browns, salsas … I could go on, as it’s obvious they care about the quality of food! They have lots of TVs for sports watching, great drinks. I love the margaritas when the gentleman with the beard makes them, with a good amount of muddled lemon/lime and fresh juice! Good pours here. Prime Rib dinner perfectly cooked medium rare, great sauces and decked out potatoes $ 13 on Fri/Sat nights can’t be beat. It’s VERY good. Their burgers are to die for; juicy, full of top quality ingredients. One of the BEST eggs benes around, including well known breakfast restaurants. I love their BENEs! They have taco/Mexican night and fantastic taco salads and burritos for practically pocket change + $ 5 ritas to wash it down. BBQ on Sundays with some of the best Q around! They have specials all the time, check out the special board for something new and awesome. Everything we’ve tried has been excellent. It’s pub food, so don’t expect bacon foamed haute cuisine, but some of the BEST pub food around! Servers and bar tenders have been there for years and they love their job. Service is on top of everything. If you need an extra napkin or you drop your fork, they know it before you need it. Maybe they can predict the future? If that’s they case, they know we’ll be back. If in the Burbs(aka the wasteland of no decent places to eat), skip the over priced crappy chain restaurants/bars, and get your asses into Scotty’s. You won’t be disappointed.

I stopped in for a few drinks after work around 3pm. I closed my tab on my credit card then ran into a friend and decided to reopen a tab .The bartender then lectured me saying I knew you were going to stay and you know you just cost us another 2.50 in processing fee’s. I wasn’t sure what to say! Never going back! I have been in the hospitality business for 20 years and have never seen anything like this before.

Good solid bar, great drinks and the girls are nice. The kitchen though is extremely slow. I ordered chicken strips at 5pm, 5:35 it’s still not coming and I have to cancel and go. Very sad that I don’t get to taste their house fries with their house sauce.

Here’s the Scotty’s pronouncement on their web site, which is wonderful — «We’re a neighborhood place, where neighborhood people can get together and relax, kick their feet up, and have a good time. Our fabulous homestyle cooking is simply the best around. Our burgers are hand formed. Our fries are hand-cut. Our soups are made from scratch. Sit back and sip on one of our 14 beers on tap, or perhaps one of our specialty cocktails you just can’t get anywhere else. Our bartenders are top notch. Enjoy our amazing Prime Rib Dinner available every Friday night». My experience intially supports this proclomation. But, if you are a local, and you cross the manager, Chris Black, he does discriminate, based on whether he likes you or not. Whatever your complaint is, it is not valid, and if you express yourself, you may not get cutoff(or 86’xed), you just won’t get served — as if you’re a ghost. This has happened to locals that don’t tip enough(senior citizens), or those which complain about the food or service. His bartenders and servers follow his practice. Therefore, be warned — this is a bar which imposes junior high school social rules. Question nothing, and all is good — create a stir, and the fifth period sock hop will be cancelled.

Nice surprise! We’ve been to Scotty’s several times now for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great drinks and good selection of micro-brews, as everyone has said before me. Typical bar atmosphere, it’s clean, staff is on top of things as well as friendly and food is impressive. Some fun people watching too… aka regulars! Breakfast was the biggest surprise of all. It is not only reasonably priced, it was fantastic. Their eggs benedict was perfectly cooked with soft poached eggs, as they should be, nicely toasted muffin, good quality ham and I would swear the hollandaise is homemade(unlike the majority of places around). I’ve also sampled their biscuits & sausage gravy and it’s obviously homemade; full of sausage and does not taste like heavy pastey-flour(unlike so many places). It was loaded with flavors and as good as some of those SEPDX locations famous for their B&G. Not like I need«gravy», but it says a lot about a restaurant/bar that takes the time to make it from scratch! Everything we’ve tried from delish Prime Rib, juicy burgers to appetizers, they all left us saying«I can’t believe a little pub has such good food». Keep in mind, it’s still bar food, so don’t expect Little Bird Bistro, but you won’t find better pub food around! And yes, the service is super-you never want for anything, whether it be extra napkins, more water, another drink… they anticipate your needs almost before you! We’ll be back!

No complaints here. I love the ladies that work there. Cat is fast and knows her shit! Always makes me feel welcome. Food is pretty good as well. They got two pool tables and it’s usually not to hard to jump in on a game.

I got a Scottys cheeseburger and added bacon. The bacon was cooked until it was almost powder when you ate it and the burger was over cooked and dry. I’m not quite sure how they managed to ruin the fries. The fries looked really good but when we bit into them the were crunchy on the outside but there was no potato left on the inside! It was like a shell of a fry. My whole meal was like chewing on a napkin. The server was really nice though, I’ll give them that.

Great place and only 5 minutes from our house. Service was attentive and very friendly. We had 3 people checking on us throughout our meal. Drink refills were offered promptly and delivered quickly. Food was hot and fresh and tasted great. Very happy to find this place and it may be our new favorite.

One step above a dive bar. It’s the typical sports-dive bar experience though. The food can be greasy, so watch out, but if you come here you probably know to expect that. Prices are decent, slightly cheaper than most places, but I wouldn’t say cheap. Unless you live nearby and need a place to hang with friends, I wouldn’t go out of my way.

Highly recommend breakfast. Nice prices, varied menu for a sports bar Exceptional service– Had the California Benedict – avocado, ham, and sourcream. Excellently made. Took a little while to get the food after ordering, but quality was there, worth the wait. I’ve had a beer or two here for happy hour, friendly service. A lot of locals present. Full bar and popular for lotto gambling.
