Never bringing my car back here. Wasted my time. Couldn’t even do a full oil change. Only if I wanted to buy a 38.00 air filter. Waited over an hour for half of an oil change. Waste of money waste of time.

Bought a set of tires online and had them installed at the store. Also had an alignment. Very friendly people and appeared quite competent. Only downside was that the entire process took 3 hours. I suspect the technician took a lunch break while we waited.

Purchased a new set of tires here about 9 months ago. I was very happy with the service provided at that time and even purchased the road hazard protection just too give me some peace of mind. However when I had a flat tire they advised me they wouldn’t be able to patch and that I needed a new tire. They would replace it but the tires I had purchased were not ones they kept in stock and the closest one was in Spokane. I would have to wait 3 days for my new tire. Unfortunately I couldn’t wait 3 days because I had obligations with my job that required me to be in Seattle that week. They said they could sell me a lesser tire but then I’d have 2 tires. I was told I couldn’t return it either when I got the new one. They don’t stock used tires so i had to buy a new tire for $ 75 then come back the next week to get the actual tire. So essentially I paid $ 60 for the road hazard protection only to be out $ 75 in the end. It didn’t even save me any money. Yeah I got a new tire but the warranty isn’t all that it’s cracked up to be. Don’t buy your tires here. Les Schwabb would have put a complimentary tire on to get me by until my tire actually came in. Now that’s customer service. Sears doesn’t know what that is.

DO NOT GO HERE! You’ve been warned. These guys are the stereotypical auto guys that over charge and could care less about customer satisfaction. Charged me $ 120 for an O2 sensor that they got from auto zone, which costs $ 25 but I let it go so they could just replace and I can be done with it.
It was never fixed and they could care less about fixing the problem. They charge $ 80 for diagnostic or $ 50 depending on their mood.

Absolutely the worst service EVER! Completely incompetent and misogynistic personnel. I purchased a battery for my VW Golf and it was incorrectly installed. I had to bring it back the next day. Two technicians tried to force the battery cover on as they nervously dropped parts and equipment. I told them the battery was not correctly installed in position. The manager, Tim, asked me to step inside the waiting area because the technician wasn’t a «people person.» I said I would stay to watch that the problem would be fixed without damaging my car. A third technician then unbolted the battery and placed it in the correct position. When questioned the manager, Tim, shrugged his shoulders and backed away saying «VW’s are difficult to work on.» No apologies for the errors or inconvenience. NEVER use Sears Auto Center at Washington Square!

I’ve had the worst experience ever! I own a 93 Honda Civic… I just paid $ 300 for a guessing game (a diagnostic, clutch bleeding and timing belt adjustment) and I am ANGRY!!! None of those was the answer to my problem of high idling. My car is still running poorly and the check engine light is still on. Had a proper diagnostic check been done, I wouldn’t have paid for unnecessary labor. I feel that my car is discriminated against because of its year. A professional mechanic (let alone a group of them) should know how to work on a basic car like my Honda. I guess I’m sorry I ever trusted this place. I don’t have money to waste on uneducated guesses.

Hate to leave a bad review but have to here. Called on the phone and got quoted and confirmed the tires were in stock and let them know when I was coming in, and they said 45 – 60 minutes when I got here, which was fine.
Got there and manger said they just had a «rush» and he couldn’t promise a time frame at that point, so I prepaid and made a reservation for the next day at noon.
Was there on time for my reservation and they took my car back without any notice of any delays. I went to get lunch and came back an hour later and THEY HADNT EVEN STARTED. Only at that point did they tell me that my reservation just meant they would get me in next and it could be hours of waiting. I understand it gets busy but at no point did they ever explain any of this until I had already waited an hour and asked when my car would be ready.
If that is what «reservation» means to them, fine, but they never explained that at any point. I had carved out enough time in my work day for the quoted work time and a little extra just in case, but not for 3+ hours when I was quoted 1. Disappointed, would have planned by day differently or gone elsewhere.

Positive experience getting a routine oil change; far more positive experience than going to the one in Vancouver. The lady I talked to was real nice and was short and to the point. No additional services pushed, but recommended a couple things that needed attention.
My only gripe is the pricing. While most services are reasonable, the transmission fluid exchange seemed a little steep. Maybe. $ 140 on sale, but can’t imagine it being any higher. Oh well. Nothing else negative to report.

Aligned the wheels when you buy new tires. After that you will get free alignments for an amount of time.
