This location is inside Clackamas Town Center Mall in the food court. The staff was super friendly and they made the drink ordered to perfection. I usually get the hot chocolate here because Seattle’s Best makes it with whipped cream, mini milk chocolate chips, and white chocolate shavings on top.

Stood in line, or what I thought was a line for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged. There were two girls working behind the counter so you’d think you’d be greeted quickly. Not the case. After making eye contact a few times, one of the girls finally asked me what I wanted. I placed my order and was out a few minutes later. Nothing special, no thank you, just here’s your coffee. Not going to return.

chick whispers so its hard to hear in such a loud environment. I should know better about coming to this sbc. They are not sbc standard and staff doesn’t know how to make great drinks. It’s funny bc mall coffee shops usually have good baristas. These gals can’t work a steam wand to save their lives. Latte flat and not made correct at all. Did she microwave the milk there’s no body!!! Not a good place for a coffee. Prob bc of the high turn around and lack of training skills in management and trainees. Save ur money, because if you enjoy coffee you WILL be disappointed.. . I was.

This SBC is apparently a franchised location. The service is always okay, they offer the same beverages as other locations, and a mix of pastry and breakfast items like most coffeehouses.
Since it’s at the Clackamas Town Center food court, I’m surprised to see they still open so early. Maybe mall walkers stop in? If the mall door is open, one of the two transit centers (bus departures) is outside.
I would rather visit one of the two SBC cafes in downtown, or if Borders hadn’t gone belly-​up, one of their locations.
If I’m in a mall with Nordstrom (such as this one) I tend to visit their espresso bar. They really pull their shots and have high standards of consistent quality.
