As a first time buyer, I may have minimal experience in this process but I can say that I fired my first agent for lacking qualities that Shawn thrives in, which are patience, genuineness, and constant availability. I didn’t know what I wanted until I found it and he provided me the opportunity to discover it understanding and encouragement that I was exactly where I was supposed to be. I couldn’t be happier with my new home, which required no compromise in what I discovered was important to me along the way.
