She Bop

She Bop is woman friendly and I feel safe while shopping there. Every purchase I’ve made has been amazing and the customer service is great. Love the mission/​vision of the store.

The employees were very knowledgeable and helpfully yet not overly attentive. I tend to be pretty shy, but I felt totally comfortable in the store and with my purchases. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ could come back again.

They say you never forget your first time. And I definitely won’t forget my first time in a sex shop.

Conveniently located in between Pok Pok and Salt & Straw, She Bop is a great place to stop by after a meal and right before dessert. Hey, if your date has a problem with an awesome shop, maybe she/​he is not the one.
Being quite the opposite of a drunken romp with a random guy in a dirty bathroom of a club*, She Bop is clean, classy, and very interesting (not vanilla at all).
* Not speaking from personal experience, but I’m sure everyone knows how that is.

I can’t believe these words are coming out of my mouth, but this place is truly a classy sex toy shop. The wide variety of products are all high end and the place is not only tactful, but so clean it could possibly be sterile. Asking questions in a sex shop can feel super creepy, but the people working there seemed inclined to help when I asked. For someone that might be a little apprehensive about going to an adult toy store this place is definitely not scary

Love She Bop. Educational, patient and willing to answer any silly and not so silly question you may have. I love that their products are of the highest quality, displayed and ready for you to try out. I know most people check out sex shops to get gag gifts for bachlorette/​bachlor parties but this place is so much more than that. It’s bright, clean and truly a great experience if you are looking for a special toy or something to heat up your night.

I’ve been going to She Bop for years, it’s obviously by far and away the best place to get sexy supplies in Portland. And now there is one way closer to my side of town which is fantastic! It’s always a fun and educational shopping experience, and the staff are perfect about answering questions and helping out when you want it and leaving you alone if you’d prefer that. It is really helpful that you can actually try out every toy in the store (with your hand!), I’ve found so many great ones over the years. And it’s great knowing everything in the store is carefully screened and selected for safety and quality. The new shop on Division is very welcoming and always makes me feel comfortable.

She Bop is the bees knees! I am what you would call a «recovering Mormon», so sex shops are kind of intimidating to me. However, this shop is so bright and clean and friendly! They answered all of my questions (without shame) and walked me around to show me all of the products. Their staff is knowledgeable and professional and I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, just supported. They were around when I needed them but gave me space when I felt overwhelmed. It is the best customer service I’ve had in Portland, honestly. I recommend She Bop for everyone. Five stars! :-)

I have loved She Bop since I first got to Portland and they just did the only thing they could have done to make me love them more — made it possible for me to shop there without leaving SE! I saw the new location for the first time this weekend and while I’m not sure it’s actually bigger than the Mississippi location it feels WAY bigger. There’s a huge selection of really awesome stuff (you guys know there are toxic sex toys in the world, right? Not at She Bop!), the staff is ridiculously knowledgeable, it’s cozy but nothing feels crowded and the place is bloody gorgeous– love it!
I got a Clone-​a-​Willy (btw-​also a PDX company) and She Bop had a range of options (last weekend I was hunting for it in Seattle and could only find beige), they gave me a heads up about where to find video instructions online (willy cloning is no joke!) and made sure that I knew that if anything went wrong I could get 1 replacement bag of one of the materials. I feel super-​prepared:-)
Also, not entirely relevant, but it’s so close to Flying Cat Café that it’s like a dream where yummy coffee and sex toys are right at my door. Happy dance!
