Awful service. Alicia Hong was rough and inpatient with my toddler. I had to go back for her to even out the back. Rather than apologize for her error and lack of skill, she gave me an annoyed look as if she didn’t have the time to fix her poor excuse for a hair cut. Will never go back.

I am a Korean with wave-​ish hair one one side and straight on the other side. and I have a lot of hair. Anyhow, I got a short hair cut when I visited my cousins in Korea and have been trying to grow it out but my hair stylist in Eastside Kept cutting off! UGH!) And I never really got lucky at a regular hair salon (for all hair) plus usually very expensive. Anyhow, I was at my favorite Korean restaurant (DJK) and a waitress had a nice hair style so I asked her where she got the cut from. Hence I found this place. She was busy (She was rushing with my hair because this Korean grandma was rushing her) and I was a bit nervous about it but WOW, my hair looked SO MUCH better in like 6 months. It’s a LONG LONG drive for me because I’m coming from SE PDX BUT, I’m still going to go. She also charges a minimum $. I would highly recommend you to make an appointment and even so expect to wait.

Zoanne Newcomer, who used to work at her family salon nearby, has her practice here. She’s a very skilled stylist who LISTENS to your needs and gives you the haircut you want!
