Simple Floors Portland

My wife and I bought our flooring from Simple Floors earlier this year and it has been a great experience for us! From picking out the flooring we wanted, to comparing prices on flooring, to delivery to our house and the installation with Rejuvenation Construction, it’s been great. Levi stayed in contact with us as got closer to the installation date, connected with us when we had questions and made sure everything came together! We would DEFINITELY recommend them to any of our friends or family!

We recently installed maple floors through Levi and his team. The experience from start to finish couldn’t have been any easier. Levi was great to work with and his team was really professional. The end product was phenomenal and we couldn’t be happier. He went above and beyond to make us happy. Liked the work so much that we decided to get countertops through him as well. Highly recommend.

My husband and I recently had solid wood flooring installed in our entire townhouse and worked with Levi at Simple Floors. We visited a couple other showrooms and no customer service compares. Levi was super flexible meeting with us to get an estimate (we had to work with our realtor to get access). He also brought up a lot of good points about installation that the other companies didn’t mention.
The quote was very detailed, which I appreciated and helped us know how much each level would cost if we decided to get them done at different times. The quote was also the best we received.
We met with Levi a few times and saw many flooring samples. Simple Floors has a great selection and after describing what we liked and didn’t, Levi helped us find the perfect flooring. We looked at both engineered and solid and learned a lot about the different types. I really felt like we were Levi’s only customer. He spent a lot of time with us.
Rejuvenation Construction started on the floors early, and ended on time even though we added about 250 sq ft of laminate in the basement after they had already started working on our floors upstairs.
The floors are beautiful and they left our townhouse clean after they left. We feel very lucky to have found Levi and Jordan from Rejuvenation Construction. The entire process was the best customer service I think I have received anywhere and our floors really make our townhouse look new. We are more than happy.

Levi was professional, prompt to respond, and delivered a wonderful customer service experience. I had a great deal of frusteration dealing with another flooring company prior to coming into Simple Floors with the flooring I purchased backordered for 3 months, then 6 and then 7 months. I cancelled the order with that other company and walked into Simple Floors. With Levi’s assistance, I was able to receive my flooring within a week of ordering and it was installed the following week. I was able to move into my first home in March rather than waiting for back ordered flooring that might have been delived in July. The cost of the flooring ended up being cheaper in the long run with Simple Floors. I would not hesitate a second to use them again for future projects.

These guys were terrific, from John, who patiently walked us through all the possibilities for our flooring to Levi’s crew, who installed it beautifully. We are big fans now. We chose bamboo flooring, carbonized, and it is gorgeous. The transitions from room to room are perfect and what a difference that makes! Everything went smoothly, and I think that was due to great followup from John and Levi as they tracked the incoming flooring so we could meet a very tight deadline. The moving truck was scheduled on both ends, so any delay on floors would have been quite the inconvenience. We had looked in a few places before ending up at Simple Floors, and I found their prices fair and the installation top-​notch professional. Oh, and bonus: the installation crew led by jordan was pleasant and fun to have around for a day. These guys get a huge recommendation from me.

Very disappointed with the carpet selection. We were tripping over flooring samples strewn on the floor in front of the carpet selections. Unfortunately our salesman wasn’t able to answer a single one of our questions. It was so bad, we had to leave. I believe he was new to the job, but it was frankly embarrassing for him and uncomfortable for us. It appeared as though the store was geared more toward hardwood flooring with a broader selection in that area. The second star is for hardwood selection, otherwise I’d have given one star. Good luck.

Levi and the crew at Simple floors were amazing. Our original plan was to repair the tile in our bathroom and extend our wood floors on the maim floor, both of which would be considered small jobs. We had spoken to a few different contractors and such, and all were either too busy to even come look, or several months out. Levi came out on a Sunday, had our estimate to us by that evening, and the jobs completed within 2 weeks time. My only complaint at this point is the wood floors aren’t quite as tough as I was told. They are scratching way easier than what we had originally (we ended up replacing the entire floor with new).

Great selection, Levi is great and the team over at Rejuvenation Construction who they contract with, do top notch install work.

When my grandfather passed away, I inherited the property. To sell it for a better price, I decided to redo the floors and the bathrooms. It was totally worth it, the hardwood floors look amazing, the bathroom countertops were spectacular, I’m really happy with the job they did. It wasn’t super cheap, but it wasn’t too expensive and the quality speaks for itself.

I am very pleased with how professional and proficient James was in helping me select my carpet, engineered hardwood floor, vinyl, and even quartz countertops! He has been so patient with me in making my decisions, and showing me my options that fit my budget for a remodel project. I’m excited to finally get things done! I was happy to see the variety of choices in the showroom, and how flexible James was in making it easier for me to make my cjoices. He really jumped through a lot of hoops to earn my business. The other sales representatives were always courteous and friendly while I was in the showroom too! Simple Floors is a great find. Come here first!

Thank you David and Levi for my wonderful new laminate floors. Simple Floors has lots of great selections, not just laminate but wood, cork & bamboo. You helped me to stay in my budget, answered all my questions and delivered the flooring when promised. And then you hooked us up with great installers, Rejuvenation Construction.

I wish I had found Simple Floors a month ago. Instead I spent a month checking out place after place only to be underwhelmed or disappointed. Everything about my experience here was different. The environment is not pushy or salesy at all. Everyone here is very friendly and knowledgable. I had the pleasure of working with Len. He made the process so easy and comfortable, and I feel like I got great value out of the money spent.

After looking and looking for the perfect engineered hardwood floors, we wished we had come here first! We worked with Dave and he was such a pleasure to work with. He knew so much and after listening to what direction we were wanting to go, was great at offering additional suggestions to consider. We ultimately went with a product that he suggested. Dave was not pushy at all but was patient with us while we were considering all the vast choices that are available. Once we were ready to set up our installation, Dave was quick to get Stan, from Portland Hardwoods, on the phone to speak to me directly. Dave was professional and friendly and very easy to talk to. He followed up with us and was a great communicator throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend Simple Floors to anyone, you won’t be disappointed.

We purchased ceramic tile and bamboo from Simple Floors. Dave helped us select the appropriate products for our needs and offered great prices. He did an excellent job helping us order materials and schedule installation around our ever fluctuating remodel timeline.
Dave arranged for the bamboo to be installed by Portland Hardwods. Stan and the crew at Portland Hardwoods did a quality job and they were great to work with, very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them!

We purchased over $ 5,000 in flooring, after working with Dave at simpleFLOORS. He was patient, honest, and ultimately sold us exactly what we wanted.
Advice regarding flooring installation has been spot-​on. When our project was delayed due to roofing issues, they even patiently stored our materials for almost two months longer than originally planned.
While we’re now a few years away from our next flooring project, we’re certainly starting or next flooring materials search here. They’ve earned another loyal and happy customer.

Dave did a fine job for me. I got a sale price down the street at Lumber Liquidators and Dave beat it! Arrived on time and the folks at Portland Hardwoods installed it. I recommend both companies for complete floor transitions.

Simple Floors was amazing to work with! Dave went out of his way to stay in constant communication, and making himself as available as possible. One thing that impressed me the most, was their desire to ensure that my flooring project had the best possible materials. Rather than just fill an order, they consistently tried to find ways to upgrade my order with better materials at great pricing. My work schedule is very hectic, and when Dave wasn’t available (which was very rarely!), other members of the sales team (Len) went out of their way to continue to provide exceptional service. Our flooring project was a success largely thanks to this team. My wife and I shopped around extensively and on top of their second to none service, their prices couldn’t be beat by any other stores including Home Depot or Lowe’s. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, or to refer anyone to them, who is looking to buy flooring and have a great experience.

Dave and Len are great. I was confused as to what material would be best for a rental property I have in Portland.
Not only were they helpful in helping me pick a beautiful durable floor but the price was at least 25% less expensive than a couple other flooring companies I talked to.
Simple Floors made the whole process so much easier than I thought it would be and I will definitely use them again.

After about 4 weeks and 15 stores shopping for floors we landed in simpleFLOORS. We immediately had two products that caught our eye. This was a long and exhausting search because we knew what we wanted and it just did not exist in the stores that we looked at. Dave worked with us explaining the two different products pros and cons and we narrowed it down to one. The first concern of Dave’s was who our installer was. I guess it is not as easy as it seems. We were confident in our installer but Dave insisted that the installer contacted him so that he could ask the right questions and determine if we were working with the right person. Dave called us back and said that our installer knew what he was doing and we were good to go. Dave also helped us with the price and shipping as the product that we picked was being discontinued, of course, and was on the east coast. Dave worked with us throughout the process and once the floor was laid we could not have been happier. All the promises were kept and delivery was fast and complete. We could not be happier with our new floor and simpleFLOORS made it happen.

Dave immediately understood our need for a cheap, quick solution, and didn’t bother trying to upsell us, which I really appreciated. He talked us through understanding how much we needed, and our options, and was very flexible with our uncertain delivery date (our close date kept changing). After we finished the installation (DIY — it wasn’t really all that hard, but thank goodness for experienced and enthusiastic family members!), we had several boxes left over, which they accepted for return easily.
The floor looks great, we covered 1400 sq ft in 4 days with just family labor, and the price was PERFECT. Exactly what we wanted. If you’re looking at laminate, we strongly recommend simpleFLOORS.
