I am a homeowner who uses Sleep Sound Property Management for our rental property in Oregon.
I have been very satisfied with the management services as performed by Nicholas Cook. He is very good at keeping me informed of any issues, usually with a solution ready.
He has made sure that the property is well maintained, and has been very good about keeping it occupied.
His communications are always professional and helpful, and I would definitely recommend him as a property manager.

I listed my home for rent with Sleep Sound Property Management and after lowering my rental price and waiting for any communications from them we finally had to cancel our contract. At first they are very friendly and responsive to marketing our home. But after it was listed– only on craigslist and their site– we never heard from them and phone calls go straight to voice mail. I was disappointed in the service and a mistake of square footage was even listed on our ad. I wish they had emailed us a least every two weeks but not even that. I would insist on regular communication if I were to list my home with them in the future.

I was a tenant at a Sleep Sound managed property for 9+ months. It was a limited scope lease so we had to move out after (I didn’t want to). Nick was great to work with, he was always prompt and professional. At the end of the rental we cleaned up for a few hours and received our entire deposit back. The annoyance I had was they charge for online payment, but it was only $ 2/​payment. Doing business with them was easy and fast.
