So Fresh and Clean Auto Detail

Two no-​shows for prepaid appt. No return calls on status.
I received a pre-​paid coupon that a friend paid for as a present for auto detailing from So Fresh and Clean. I called to set up an appointment and all was well until I informed Casey that I was using a pre-​paid coupon. He replied «oh, you have one of those» in an annoyed tone.
Casey no longer works at his location and only works mobile. An hour after he was to arrive for first appointment I called and received a return call noting that he had a family emergency that morning. Casey said he would call that night to reschedule an appt.
A week later I called, then 3 days later, then again 3 days later, then again. Then I sent email to him. A couple days later he returned my call to reschedule the appt a month later.
Second appointment, Casey is a no show with no contact. I’ve left voicemails for Casey and with Ashley. I’m not holding my breath.

I had originally reviewed this company 5 stars as they did a GREAT job cleaning the car. Very complete cleaning and waxing and also did a great job getting some of the scratches out. My only qualm at that time was that his ringtone had swearing in it every time it rang. I would have used them again except that my iPod is missing after they cleaned the car. Both myself and girlfriend had been in the car the day prior listening to this iPod and I had looked in the car 10 minutes prior to him arriving and 15 minutes after they left it was nowhere to be found. They cleaned out the car and took all the glove compartment and center console and cables (for the stereo) out. I had a second iPod in there and maybe they thought they could get away with taking one of the two. At first I thought it must have been misplaced by myself so I double and triple checked the bag of my stuff they gave me. It had all the cables connected to the iPod but not the unit itself. I called the owner Casey who said he didnt’ clean it and his wife or girlfriend did and she hadn’t seen it. His kid was also at the jobsite and maybe «accidently» grabbed it. I gave Casey a week to return my items and would have left my 5 start review but im still out my ipod so this cleaning cost me double due to replacement costs. I know for a fact and my girlfriend agreed this item was IN the car a day earlier and I saw 10 minutes prior to their arrival. There may be a 1% chance I am wrong or that my car was broken into while I was home and all they took was my ipod and left the $ 700 device next to it. But consumer be wary of this company.
