Souk has been an amazing place for a telecommuter such as myself. Having positive social interaction on a daily basis has truly been a life saver. The staff is great, the location is good, and the people at Souk are awesome. What more could I ask for?

I joined Souk for a jump desk to have a place to work outside my home and some social interaction during the day. The space is very comfortable and has all the facilities you need: fast Internet, coffee machine, private spaces for meetings, 24⁄7 access with card key.
The folks who run Souk are friendly and helpful.
Location is great – Old Town just north of crowded downtown, literally on the streetcar line.
And you can keep your bike inside!

Souk is flat out awesome and my productivity has increased significantly since I joined here. Rather than getting stuck in a cubicle, I get to work in a large, open area with other workers, share ideas and ask advice when needed. The wireless connection is fast and I am able to connect to their printer wirelessly. They also have smaller meeting rooms when the need arises. And most importantly the people here are great. The Staff are helpful and friendly and other members are friendly and respectful of each other. The location is right next to the Pearl in OldTown Portland. Souk is so good, I commute in most every day from Vancouver. The bus literally drops me at Souk’s front door!

Souk has been a lifesava for me, I worked from home for a few years and was getting burned out, always talking to my dog, that kind of thing, so I heard about Souk and took a free day there and loved it. It’s a great place to have folks to bounce/​share ideas with as well as grab a happy hour or lunch.
Julie’s done a great job setting up a nice environment for folks like me to focus as well as connect!

I love souk! The space is cool, creative, inviting and conducive to being productive. It’s a great alternative to working at home and getting away from all the distractions. It’s also a nice way to meet other people and network because sometimes being an entrepreneur can be isolating. I find I can get more work done knowing that I have a dedicated space and time in which to work. I also use souk for my Ladies Who Launch events.
Julie is a great connector and very resourceful. She should be on everyone’s «it» list!

I live in NW and use souk for meetings instead of hosting at my house (slightly unprofessional). The rooms go by the hour and I can usually book within a day or two of when I need it. Awesome space!
