I had other businesses come out and try to sell me so much other bells and whistles for a LOT more, Chris worked with what I had and gave me a plan to expand if and when I wanted. I liked his personal and honest ways. Anyways I am happy and rocking out!

This gentleman is not someone you want working for you. He is a good technician, but his business practices lack integrity. We had some home theater clean-​up needs, so we reached out the company he used to work for. When they told me he had gone out on his own, we decided to give him a try anyway. Although I found his initial work to be very clean, and his attention to detail I thought was good, the trouble we had was with his business tactics. He charged us for work never completed. There were many unsuccessful attempts to install hardware that once he arrived, he had a reason that it couldn’t be done. He sold us on a Sonos system that, quite honestly, is pretty cool. However, he «attempted» to install speakers on three different occasions, and each time he had an excuse as to why it wouldn’t end up working.
All of this is fine. If he didn’t want to do the work because it seemed too difficult, that’s his prerogative. However, to charge us labor for his visits??? No way. I tried to explain in an email to him that it wasn’t fair to charge us, and his only rude response to us was that «he didn’t come to our house to talk» NO KIDDING! We thought he was here to do work also. It wasn’t our fault that he couldn’t perform the work. This man did not even have the integrity to take 24 hours to consider reducing or passing on labor charges. We actually feel quite a bit as though he ripped us off.
