I recently purchased a boat from Ryan at Sportcraft. Throughout my purchase process he kept me up to date every day from when the boat manufacturer was building it til delivery. Ryan went out of his way to do some research on tech I wanted to add.
Being from California I had minor issues with a few minor issues but he was extremely quick to address them. Had the manufacturer mail out a new piece from Portland and received it the next day. I would recommend Sportcraft to anyone in the Oregon area base on their incredible customer service and support.

I’ve used sportscraft more than once. They are my go to guys for anything boats but more especially my boats motor. Last time I went they addressed the issue I was having made a few suggestions we agreed on a price and I was back on the water in half the time I had assumed and less than half the cost I expected to pay. I believe them to be an honest business ran by honest people. A+++++ in my book. They’ve earned my business for years to come. Keep up the good service and work!

I dont recommend using this company at all. Horrible customer service and was told one price when I dropped my motor off and then when I went to pick it up I owed more. They dont deserve the business. There are plenty of smaller shops that will treat you right.
