I was waiting outside a restaurant to install something when two employees also waiting to get inside started to banter between eachother. One of them looked over at me and was very adimate that they’d need to service the location before me because they didn’t have time to wait(and neither did I, hence why I came early). I knew our sister company had already been to this location to conduct pest control so it didn’t make sense to me why they were here. None the less, I shrugged it off and said okay. They continued to talk between each other and be rather unprofessional. One of the gentlemen impartucular was complaining about what he though was a petty complaint, «and couldn’t wait to call them back and charge them top dollar to take care of the issue.» to encourage them to take care of it themselves. Unbelievable. Being part of a customer service based company myself I may be a tougher critic than others, but their conversation was excusable and I’d strongly discourage others from using their services.
